Life was going great. (Y/N) felt like a great burden lifted from her shoulders. One day, (Y/N) went to the grocery to buy some food items.

"(Y/N)?" A boy asked

(Y/N) turned as she saw Percy.

"What are you doing here?" She asked

"How are you and Leo doing?" Percy asked, ignoring the first question.

"Good." (Y/N) replied shortly, before continuing to pick items.

"Look, I'm sorry to behave like that, and it's not my problem our parents are asking us to marry each other." He spoke.

(Y/N) snorted, "As if I didn't realize it."

"Can you come back home? Please?" Percy asked very kindly.

"No." (Y/N) said shortly, before going to the cashier counter and paying.

"(Y/N)!" Percy called, but she already went.

(Y/N) walked through the street, before entering Leo's house.

"Darling, I see you bought the items." Esperanza said. (Y/N) couldn't help but notice how sad Esperanza sounded.

"Ma? Are you alright?" (Y/N) asked.

"Unfortunately, no," Esperanza said.

(Y/N) looked around and saw Hephaestus sitting down, his lips sealed tight as if to say, I'm angry, don't evoke me.

(Y/N) went up the stairs to see her items in a suitcase.

"What's happening?" (Y/N) asked as Leo started to pack all her clothes.

"You're leaving the house. Don't come back. Marry Percy." Leo said, in one breath, before looking at (Y/N).

"Why?" She asked.

"Because I realized that if Leo walked out of this house, there is a high chance of your murderous parents killing him," Hephaestus said, angrily. "I am not willing to lose my son, the way Josh's parents lost theirs."

"You know Josh's parents?" (Y/N) asked as she spun around to look at Hephaestus.

"The night Josh di- "

"I do not need any explanation, is it a yes or a no?" (Y/N) asked.

"Yes, and, I was best friends with Josh," Leo said. "I realized a bit late, that I liked my best friend's girlfriend."

"We can push that aside." (Y/N) said, turning to look at Leo.

"I'm sorry (N/N) but the sin is what I care about. It's like betraying Josh." Leo said.

"So that's just it? We're done?" (Y/N) asked, not believing her ears.

"I guess so," Leo said.

(Y/N) took her suitcase before leaving the house and looking at Leo.

"Was it your idea or your dad's?" She asked.

Leo looked down before replying, "Both."

"Very well. My mom was right in a way, you are not the one for me."

"I'm sorry but the sin... I can't hold it."

"It's fine. Bye Leo. Hope I never see you ever again in my life. I just have another question." (Y/N) said, "I can marry Percy now?"

"Yes, I guess."

(Y/N) left the house when she heard Esperanza scolding Leo and Hephaestus, "She was good. Why did you have to send her away?"

The response, (Y/N) never heard.
