Chapter 0 : Prologue

I was just sitting by windows watching the rain with my headphones on. Earlier today, my parents told me to stay in my room as some "business" partners will be coming for an important meeting.

I was glad I wasn't downstairs for not what was going to happen but, I was an introvert and I hated greeting guests. All the rooms were soundproofed so I could dance, sing all I want in my private bubble.

I saw flashes of blue and red outside my window in the foggy night. Removing my headphones, I heard sirens of police cars and screams of horror as I saw cars and neighbors pulling up near my house. I went to my door to ask my parents about it but as I turned the knob, it was locked from outside. This was vey unusual as I found a key for my door in my cupboard and unlocked the door to be greeted with a horrifying sight.

My front door broken, police securing my living room and my parents dead on the couch, bullet holes on their heads as the fresh blood dripped down on my mom's favorite couch. I feel something inside of my break, as I broke down in tears near the stairs not believing what's happening. This must be a dream-m, hahaha my mind I must have watched too many murder mystery movies today, 3..2..1 I just need to wake up, I thought trying to make myself believe otherwise but it still remained the same.

On that day, January 27th 2018 9:30 pm, I found out I had lost my parents and I lost a part of me that day. The image still remained as fresh in my find and would constantly horrify me in my nightmares. The night when an 18 year old boy became alone, and lost the only important people in his life. Luckily my aunt Jenna took me in since that day but no one could fill the void that was left in me.

Since that day I made a promise to myself:

I will find whoever did this and that's going to be the last day they live.
