"This is ATLAS NEWS! Today's hottest topic is about Omnics today, Ever since the Omnic Crisis will we ever recover our trust between man and machine? Well, to inform us today we have a Special reporter and News caster Ms. Y/N L/N! So...We hear you are personally at the Shambali Monastery in Nepal. How is that going for you?"

"The Omnics here at the Shambali Monastery have been very kind, They treated me with respect and an equal. The Shambali leader, Tekhartha Mondatta, has been working with Omnics. Teaching them the importance of coexisting with humans."

You smiled, interviews weren't your biggest thing. Yet you answered their questions as best as possible.

"And do you believe that? What would happen if there was another Omnic Crisis...?"

You let out a sigh, of course they were gonna ask this...

"Thats why the Shambali Monks are here to try and prevent that from happening...but it shouldn't just be the omnics having to change it should be the humans as well. Even in today's era there is segregation and racial interference between omnics and humans. However, in slow progress the world is changing.
We have allowed more rights for omnics, interracial relationships and marriage have been allowed, omnics can work again, they can vote now!"

Sighing, you ran your fingers back through your hair. Taking a deep breath you looked at the other.

"If there ever was another crisis...just hope overwatch will be there to help...you can also find more of my research online in an upcoming article about the omnics"

"Well thank you for joining Y/N L/N..."

"Of course..."
Ending the video call, you leaned back in your chair looking up at the ceiling. Ramattra came over, he stopped at your door leaning against the door frame.
"So? How did it go?"

"I don't know...Sometimes whenever I do interviews like that, I always feel like I'm talking to a fucking wall..."
The omnic let out a quiet Hm. He came over to you, now standing behing you he gently massaged your shoulders.

A couple months, roughly four since you arrived at the Monastery. You and Ramattra agreed to keep your relationship a secret, if Tekhartha were to ever find out chances are Ramattra would be removed from the Shambali.
"I have something to tell you..."
Ramattra broke the silence.

"And what's that?"

"I am planning to go on a Spiritual enlightenment, this could take a couple months or even years...what that means is I will seek out people in need of help. Wether human or omnic. Give them some enlightenment and find the next one in need."
Ramattra looked down at you, he stopped massaging your shoulders and he backed from you.

Closing your laptop you stood up from your seat then turning to look at him.
"I suppose it's for the best then, besides when I write my article I'll be going back to America."

Ramattra looked at you, he sighed walking over to your bed and sitting on it.
"I was hoping you'd join me."

You frowned, it wouldn't hurt to join him on his journey for awhile but you knew you'd be too busy. Walking over to him you stood in between his legs, holding his cheeks he looked up at you.
"Although...while I stayed here I did receive an email about a job offer. ATLAS is an international news channel, they need someone to do ATLAS London. So they asked me. I could always visit you here at the Monastery..."

Ramattra gently pressed his head against your chest, he sighed nodding slowly.
"Fine..."
He was saddened about you leaving but he trusted that you'd return back to him. You softly kissed the top of his head to comfort him.
"Hey...I'm not leaving just yet, so might as well enjoy our time together as much as we can."

You smirked, bending down you whispered to him.
"So how about you get on that bed and show me a good time?"
Ramattra chuckled softly, he stood picking you up and throwing you onto the bed quickly crawling on top of you.

You ended your night together, both snuggled up with one another. Ramattra was the first to fall asleep, he laid his head on your stomach with his arms around you.
You stayed up on your phone looking through recent news online.

"Overwatch, overwatch, overwatch...come on guys something else other than them..."
You sighed, scrolling through your phone with one hand and the other on Ramattras head.
"Mass casualties consisting of omnic protestors, killed, estimated 18 accounted for...fighting for interracial relationships between humans and omnics..."
You stared at your phone, you read that article and it only made you upset. You sighed turning off your phone and tossing it across the bed.

The next day, Ramattra always being the first to wake up, he walked around the room picking up his clothes off from the floor and starting to get dressed.
B'Ding! B'Ding!

His attention focused to your phone when he hears the notifications pop off.
B'Ding! B'Ding!
Tilting his head, he checked to see if you were still asleep. He takes your phone opening it.

"Several Omnics and humans, 18 and counting, have been killed during a protest."

A video was attached to the post it came from, Ramattra played it.

The sound of omnics and humans chanting for what they wanted only turned into screams and chaos. Bloodshed even. Humans with bats, rocks, and even guns stopped their protest...

Ramattra slowly put your phone down leaving it opened on that same page. He rushed out of your room heading to the courtyard. Enraged, he interrupted Tekharthas class.

"Master! Have you seen the recent news!? Have you seen what these humans are doing!? Your methods are not working quick enough! People, our people!! Are dying every day!"
Tekharthas students watched his outburst, they stood quietly but they agreed that something needed to change.

"Patience Ramattra! Patience! How long did it take you to convert your ideals!? All you thought and still think about is violence! You believed that there can be peace! Even the most aggressive omnic can be changed!"

Tekhartha stepped down from his stage where he instructed and taught his students. Walking over to Ramattra now.
"Do not stand here, yelling to me about peace! And my methods!"

He stood next to Ramattra looking at him, he spoke quietly but in a stern tone.
"And do not stand here, lecturing me about humans, especially when you have emotions towards one right now..."

Ramattra stood quiet, his thoughts are the only one with him and they were conflicted. He hates humans but he still believes some can be changed.
"Yes master..."
