Chapter 6 | The dark side

Bakugou pov

Cementoss made a wall between Deku and me and the rest of the class.

No one dared to break through so we all stood there just watching in shock.
I knew they were gonna try and take him sooner or later but I didn't think they would do this!?

Aizawa was using his quirk so deku couldn't use one for all to defend himself.

They whipped chains in his direction attempting to hold him down I could tell he was tired since we just did training. "Why are you guys doing this!?" Deku yelled panicked trying to dodge until one of the chains grabbed his ankle while he was in the air and whipped him down.

"Let him go!" Uraraka yelled.
Midnight went over to where Deku was on the floor and used her quirk on him.
He tried to stand up shakily. And he collapsed.

That's it!

I used my explosions to hop over the wall cementoss made and shot myself toward the
passed-out Deku. Midnight quickly stood in front of Deku and was about to defend against my explosions but nothing happened...

The police hold my arms behind my back.
"Bakugou!" Aizawa yells my name. He was using his quirk so that I couldn't fight anyone. He walked over to me. "Everythings fine, There gonna ask midorya a few questions since he was a suspect. Principal Nezu just wanted to be extra just incase" Aizawa says sighing at the end. He releases his quirk but the police still have a hold on me.

They take deku away and the class is excused for the rest of the day.
We started to pack our things in silence and head over to our dorms to hand out in the common room.

"what was that about" Kirishima asked once we all settled in the common room.
"I don't know but whats gonna happen to Midroyia" Todoroki said in his usual monotone voice.

"I think I know" I said and immideatly caught everyone's attention.
"Spill!" Mina yelled needed reasurence the Deku will be okay.

"Remember those people who got murdered a few days ago?" I started.
"Uhh yea but what does that have to do with this?" Mina said then suddenly she had a face of shock.
"They think he might be the person who murdered them so their gonna interigate him." I explained to the rest of the class.
"Deku would never do that!" Uraraka yelled angerly with big arm gestures.
"How do you even know?" Kamanari asked me.

"when I was walking home I saw the guy and found the bodies, because I saw what happened I got informed of everything including the suspects but I didnt't think they would go that far." I earned a few gasps and 'are you okay?'. 

There was an awkward silence then people tried to take their mind off deku and did homework or just used their phones.

Aizawa pov

I sigh deeply as I hurry over to the interigation room with tsukauchi.
Once we arrive we walk into the room to find deku sitting quietly on a chair behind a table  looking down at his lap. We stand on the other side of the table. "midoriya" I say to catch his attention. "yeah?" he reply's still looking at his lap.
"Me and tsukauchi will ask a few questions"

"hm" Is all deku reply's with. He must be scared because of what happened in front of the whole class before he got here.

Deku pov

Aizawa tells me that the other guy's name is tsukauchi and that he can tell if im lying. Does he mean a quirk? Tsukauchi sets up a mic to record the interigation. I lift my head up to look at them as they begin there questions.

"Do you know why your here Midoriya?" Tsukauchi begins.

"I think this is because of the murder a a few days ago?" I lied. I knew exactly why I was here and boy was I scared.

"The only evidence we have about the person is they had green hair, is a guy, and has a quirk that resembles yours. Can you explain?" Aizawa continues.

"No, I can't explain." I respond. 
They have me cornered.

"can you specify?" Aizawa trys again.

"I don't have an answer, this is a coincidence." I reply

I can't be a hero anymore.

"Okay then, We body checked you and found blood on you. Is there a reason for that?" Tsukauchi asked.

"I trained over the weekend and overworked myself. Some of the blood stained." The same lie i told kirishima.

All might will take my quirk.

"Its a lot of blood for just training" Tsukauchi pushed

"Like i said, I over worked myself" I replied simply.

If i can't be a hero then should i be...

"We didn't find any scars or cuts on your body, so it didn't come from you" With one final sentence from tsukauchi there was no way i could out of this.

...a villain.

I looked back down to the floor and smirked. Aizawa and tsukauchi stood there waiting for some sort of answer. "Heh...guess i finally got caught." I said giving up. 

"finally?" Aizawa asks on guard for anything suspicious.

"You mean you don't know?" I asked with a fake pout

I gave myself up...

"What is it." Aizawa said sternly

"The other murders...I killed them" I said smiling like a maniac

....I gave myself up to the dark side.

Where's there no escape.
