To Be Yours

Confession

Y/N Pov:

On my way to find Megumi and tell him what had happened today, I bumped into Yuji kun. He was holding a box of chocolate he was wearing a nice black suit. I asked,

"Yuji, where are you going? Going somewhere special?"

He scratched his head and said,

"Y/N san, I like you." 

I froze in shock, what the literal fuck is this. 

I looked in Yuji's face and said,

"I'm sorry- what?"

He said,

"I like you Y/N!"

That was when I realized the problem, he never knew me, and Megumi were already dating. 

I never knew how to reject someone, what if I hurt his feelings, what if it affects our friendship? What can I do to mend it back if I actually mess up? 

I look at him and said sadly,

"I'm sorry Yuji, but the time you were gone, me and Megumi were already dating for a while. He was the only who supported me when you were gone. I am so sorry I can't return your feelings." 

Yuji look surprised, the next reaction from him killed me. He had tears from the corner of his eyes, about to squeeze out and said with a trembling voice,

"It's okay Y/N! I'm sorry for being gone, if I was here earlier, I could've been the boy who you end up with instead of Megumi." 

After that, I was about to cry along with him and hug him, but he already ran away. What have I done.... 

 Yuji Pov:

Why am I so stupid, I could've realized this earlier. I should've noticed Megumi and Y/N's close relationship, the holding hands, eating the same food, sitting together. 

"Oi idiot, why are you crying."

Sukuna. 

I replied to the eye and tounge on my face sadly,

"My crush had rejected me. I could've noticed those little signs from them. Now, I am just making myself depressed." 

Sukuna laughed and said,

"As a person who had lived for over one thousand years, being rejected is such a common thing. You will soon learn to cherish what is more important than the other, Itadori." 

I replied,

"I know, but nothing can compare to the pain I am feeling right now." 

Y/N Pov:

I felt down for the rest of the day. I didn't go and find Megumi nor Nobara, not even Panda senpai who is usually a really good companion to talk to.  I locked myself in my room, leaving my new special made sunglasses on my table and went to bed. I cried and cried. This hurts even more than Yuji was dead. I couldn't believe it, why am I so cruel? Yuji's expression kept repeating in my brain and that just made me even more depressed. 

Suddenly, I hear a soft knock on the door. I quietly said,

"Come in."

Then, Megumi came in, he kneeled down next to my bed and asked,

"Hey, what happened? Can you tell me?" 

I nodded, I guess telling someone would make myself feel better. Megumi sat next to me on my bed, and I told him all about what happened to both me and Yuji, and my fears about our friendship not being the same. 

Megumi said,

"As a boy, if I was rejected, I would just find someone better." 

I laughed, wow finally a small laughter after five hours. 

"That's just you, N/N." 

Megumi then said,

"One problem solved, now I have another question I need you to answer me." 

I immediately shot up from my bed, I asked,

"What is it?" 

He said,

"You've been spending time with Gojo sensei more than me, what's going on?" 

I said,

"I've been training my six eyes and we went to check up with Shoko san too. Both of them agree that I have the Six Eyes, that's why I've been trying to transfer my blue lightning into my fist instead of all over my body, so it doesn't hurt so much." 

Megumi said,

"Oh. So that's why?" 

I said,

"Yah." 

Megumi suddenly carry me and said,

"SO, MY GIRLFRIEND IS STRONGER THAN MY OWN DAD!" 

I shouted,

"DID YOU JUST CALL GOJO SENSEI YOUR DAD?" 

He put me down and blushed,

"No." 

I smirked and tickled him, 

"If you don't say yes, this torture will be going on forever!" 

I pushed him onto my bed, tickled him and badly until he got tears on the corner of his eyes, he said,

"OKAY OKAY I SURRENDER, I DID SAY HE'S, MY DAD!" 

I laughed and said,

"Finally. I'm so tired." 

We then both got out of the room, getting our favorite food. 

Obviously, we saw Yuji there.
