Ringgggg ! Criiiiinnnggggg !! Ringggh! (Alarm clock yan aa)
Yown ! Bumangon nako sa bed ko . naginat nang konti at pumunta sa CR . naligo .nagtoothbrush ..
5: 45 am . nagpapalit nako .
6:00 am .
Kailangan ng bangunin ang dalawa kong kua ! Yhup! Alarm nila ako . :-) always ..

After kong gisingin sila . bumaba nako .para magalmusal . ayoko malate noh kahit 7:30 pa pasok namin :-)
" yaya ! Whats on the table? " nasa hagdan nako . syempre sinisigurado ko kung anong ulam .gusto ko healthy foods
