When we got home, Adam had a surprise for Alice. On the kitchen table was a package. She opened it and she couldn't believe her eyes. I smiled softly. Her eyes shone of happiness.
"Barbie dream house and tickets to Disneyland in Paris." said Alice happily. "We knew you'd love it." replied Adam. "Thank you so much." she said and hugged us. "You're welcome." I replied. She ran to the living room and began building the house. Adam helped him. I love to see her so happy. Vanessa was standing in the doorway and looked at them with envy.
I'm so happy for Alice. Vanessa is jealous of her.
