In Hyein's Care (Complete)

After Minji was done cooking, she called everyone to gather at the dining table. Hanni and Danielle were the only one to join her while Hyein insisted that she'll take care of Haerin until her temperature goes down.

"You sure Hyein? Minji cooked pork cutlets, your favorite" Danielle asked one last time.

"It's alright unnie" Hyein smiled, "I'll take care of Haerin before I eat"

"Alrighty"

"It's past 12pm already, is the medicine not working?" Hyein thought after checking Haerin's temperature.

"38.6, that's high"

"Haerin"

"Haerin" Hyein tried waking the older up but she's not budging at all.

"Is she dead?" Hyein quickly dashed out of their room and started to look for the others, hoping that they could help her.

So she went to the living room but no one was there, that's when Hyein remembered that today's the hiking trip which Minji scheduled a week ago before they arrived at the vacation house, since there's a mountain just a few kilometers away.

Minji, Hanni and Danielle insisted for the two youngest members to stay at the house since accidents can always happen and it's not a place for kids.

Leaving with no other choice, Hyein went back to her room, brought a towel and soaked it in water before placing it on Haerin's forehead. Also just to make sure, Hyein placed her finger in front of her nose and checked if she's still breathing.

Usually, a fever normally goes away after some time that's why the other members are not that worried about Haerin, but that's not the case for her since this is the first time she felt like an older person who takes care of someone.

As soon as she's finished, Hyein opened her phone, and checked for messages on her phoning app. As usual, hundreds of fan's messages are piled up but they don't need to worry about answering it since their staffs are the ones replying, not the members itself. There are times that a bot was set to reply to fans automatically, but there are rare times where they're the ones who actually reply.

"Are you sure we should leave the two at the house?" Danielle asked while the three of them are taking a break from their hike.

"Fevers usually goes down in hours, and Hyein gave some medicine already, it'll go down by the time we're back" Minji smiled, "Don't worry too much"

Meanwhile, while the two are talking with each other, Hanni's just lying on the ground, "I'm dying, and we haven't reached the top yet" she exclaimed.

"Let's go then, so we can go back before the sun goes down" Minji stood up, ready for action.

"Noooo" Hanni tugged Minji's shirt, "I'm exhausted, feels like I'm gonna die"

"You're just thinking that Hanni" Minji knelt down to face her. "Unless you want me to-"

"Kiss me all you want, I'm not hiking anymore" Hanni sulked, refusing to leave her spot.

While Hanni and Minji is bickering, Danielle called Hyein to check on her, there's just something that makes her feel uneasy.

Haerin's fever didn't go down, it rose to 38 degrees, higher than this morning
