Counselor's Office

*Monday* 

I just couldn't wake up this morning, but I had to. Now I am at school with Nya and Skylor walking around. We were waiting for class to start. 

"Guess what Pix, Skylor is dating my brother," Nya said. 

"You're not any less, you are dating Jay, his friend," Skylor said. 

"Nice. Both Kai and Jay are Zane’s friends and so are Lloyd and Cole," I said. 

"Are you stalking him?" Nya asked. 

"No!" I said.

"Maybe we can help you get with Zane," Skylor said. 

"No thanks," I said. 

Why didn't I say yes? It's as if Echo's words are stopping me from loving anyone.  

"Did you guys hear about Echo and Violet?" Skylor asked. 

"No, what happened? Are they dating?" Nya asked. 

Wow, my two worst enemies are dating! 

"No, no," Skylor said. 

Oh so they aren't. 

"Then what?" Nya asked. 

"Can you just shut up and let me talk?" Skylor asked, angry. 

"You could've just said it nicely," Nya said. 

They both started arguing and I had to make them both be quiet. 

"Go on Skylor," I said. 

"Ok so, as I was saying before I got rudely interrupted," she glared at Nya and I looked at her,"Echo and Violet changed their names," Skylor said. 

"What? What are their names?" I asked. 

"Echo is Mr.E and Violet is Ultra Violet," Skylor said. 

"Does Zane know about Echo or Mr.E?" I asked. 

"I don't know," Skylor said. 

"But, I do. Jay told me that he isn't really happy about it because he can't see his brother's face anymore. He always wears a helmet and is goth," Nya said. 

"I know if my siblings hid their faces from me, I would be really sad," I said. 

We changed the topic to how Kai and Jay met Skylor and Nya. They told me that they met on Saturday and they just fell in love. I don't get how that happens. How do you fall in love in one day? Ok maybe I do know how it feels. 

*Second Period: Science* 

I had this feeling in me as if something wrong was going to happen. I usually could sense something like that. 

Ms.Michelle's classroom phone started to ring and she picked it up. 

"Uhuh, ok, will do, thank you bye," she put the phone down,"Skylor you have to go to Mrs.Edmunds office." 

I wonder what Skylor did. We had two counselors, Mrs.Edmunds and Mr.Brickmann. 

I was in class paying attention and Nya was poking me on my side.

"Stop it," I whispered so Ms.Michelle wouldn't hear us. 

"I'm bored," Nya whispered back. 

"Is there something you ladies would like to tell us?" Ms.Michelle asked. 

I was about to respond when her classroom phone rang again. She picked it up and stared at me. What did I do? My heart's mechanisms started moving faster.
