" A letter? "
. . . Maeve, sat on her front door step. Her phone kept tightly between her shoulder and face, her hands too occupied trying to tie her shoes."Maeve, could you maybe, possibly, pick up the pace? You have 5 minutes before schools starts and your house is 10 minutes away from the school." A soft, yet impatient voice called from the phone.
Maeve rolled her eyes, huffing as she struggled to put on her left shoe. Just when she was about to speak, another voice cut her off — it was definitely a much more threatening one. "Apúrate! I'm giving you less than 10 minutes to get here loca. Don't test me."
"Sure." She replied, hanging up before they could say another word. If anyone knew Maeve, they'd know she was an extremely hard headed person, no matter the circumstances.
Once the stubborn laces of her shoes were eventually tied, she sprung up, taking a look around which followed up by a long sigh. Her hands on her waist as she stretched from left to right. Maeve took one last look, taking her sweet time.

From walking around the fountain that stood in the middle of the pathway, to the gate that was 50 feet from where she was standing.
Why won't she just get a ride if she's that rich then?
Maeve simply doesn't want to be rich. The entitlement put against her was already a pain in the ass — and she didn't have to live like some royal anyways. In fact, she was far from living like a royal.
Maeve lit her cigarette, placing it between her lips before entering the school. The little trip she took on the way was about 20 minutes long and she used those minutes in every way possible.
One thing she actually appreciated about her wealth, was her parents being able to bribe the school to not kick her out. School was practically a playground for her. She comes in when she wants, she attends her classes when she wants, she skips when she wants, as typical as this all sounds, it's the truth about her. If she has to live rich, she'll use it the worst way she can. It may sound weird, even stupid, but Maeve was stupid so . . .
