Nicoles P.O.V

*Slap!*

"What was that for?!" Zach asked holding his cheek.

" You left!" For a year almost two he left me.

"I missed you!" I jumped on him tackling him to the ground.

He started laughing , soon I was laughing with him. Wait, why are we laughing?

"Yep same old Nicky!" I started laughing again and hit his rock hard chest. "Owe ,what have you been eating?!" shaking my hand I stood up.

"Yea, ok, now? Ok, alright! Be there in ten." Jase shut his phone.

"Nicole?"

"yeees?" I questioned raising an eyebrow. He looked down nervously and fiddled with his hands.

" We have to leave, we are starting the trip." he looked at me me nervously again.

"Ugh! I didn't wanna go on this fucking camping trip anyways. My pieces of shit that don't deserve to be called parents made me. Its not like I have a choice." Zach pulled me into a hug.

"I'm sorry" he mumbled into my hair.

"I wish I could've stayed. I had to go to college and get started in a career so i could adopt you, so you could live with me." he ment everything. I know he did. I screwed my life up! I've lost it all. Now that I fucked up my school and grades ,everything , Id never go to college or get a good job, make money. I'm worthless. As if reading my thoughts Zach moved away a little so he was looking into my eyes. I've always wondered why we never had the same eye color as are parents. Their eyes are a greyish blue. Me and Zachs eyes are a bright ,eye poping, green. Now that I think about it, we have almost nothing in commen. I have dark red hair. Zach has dark brown hair almost black. Me and my brother have some of the same facial featu-

"Did you hear me?" he asked.

"Why don't we look like mom and dad?" I asked ignoring his question. when he met my questioning gaze his green eyes filled with guilt. Him too? Why is everyone giving me guilty looks? Its like there hiding something from me.

I was just about to ask before I felt myself hit the floor. What the fuck just happen-

"ahhhh!! its time to go! we get to go camping, and walking, and talk, and meet people, and meet flirt with guys, and-" jade was cut off by three growls. Growls? Three? there's only two guys here. Jace and my brother Zach. I sat up and pushed Jade off of me. I looked over and saw Travis in the door way. When did he get here? I really need to pay more attention. I jumped up and looked around at the guys. Talk about tention. Jace stepped up behind me and earned a gowl from my brother. Why are they growling like animals?!

"Mine!" Travis called out. For a moment I thought he was talking to me, until I turned my head and saw Travis and Jade staring into each others eyes while holding each other. This was getting a little awkward. So, I walked out of he cabin.

"Mhmm , fresh air." I commented to myself. Its the best feeling to breath in fresh air after being in a heated space.

"You alright?" my brother asked from behind me.

"Fine ,just needed some air, it was getting a little awkward."

"Want Jase to walk you to your cabin?"

"Could you, you know, to catch up?" I asked cautiously. Please oh please say yes!

"Id love to!" Yay!! " But can't, I have to talk with Travis. I'm sorry." just my luck!

"Ok"

"Ill go get Jace."

"ok" I nodded my head. As soon as he went inside I started walking to my cabin. I could hear Jace calling for me so I ran into the trees.

Before I did I called out " Find me if you can" this should be fun. I mental laughed to myself. I ran past so many trees I was sure he wouldn't find me. Wait, where is me?

Fuck!

"Fucking perfect!"I cursed to myself.

Keep walking. Ill find my way back. Just keep walking. I'm not lost. I kept telling myself. Unfortunately I know when I'm lying, and I happen to be right now.

"Owwwe!" I cried out before I hit the forest floor. I sat up and cradled my foot. I stepped on something. I looked at my foot but saw nothing there, but what I did see was a lot of blood. It was alot bleeding like crazy. I swear karma is catching up with me. Then a twig snapped. When I finally looked up with saw a beautiful wolf. I never was scared of wild animals. I decided to ignore it and see if I could find the cause off all my bleeding. A couple minutes later I could still feel its presence so I looked up. It wasn't there. So I looked around, and just about jumped 3 feet in the air when I saw it right next to me. Slowly I stopped panting and started taking in my surroundings. I felt a sharp pain and something cold on my foot. Looking down I saw the wolf licking away the blood. Well that's not normal.

"Go, shoo" I said in a low soft voice. The wolf stopped and layed down with his head in my lap. I couldn't help but notice that he was bigger than a normal wolf.

"Well your a big bad alpha Wolfe arnt you" I teased stroking the soft black hair on his very big head.

It almost sounded like a purr that came from him.

"Your so beautiful and soft" I complemented stroking his fur. Its true, I never expected a wolfs fur to be so soft.

"and friendly. Wanna come home with me? You can be my best friend, and sleep in my bed with me!" It would be so cool to have a wolf as a pet.

He jumped up and barked ,licking my face.

"Yea? Hahaha"

"Don't touch her" I heard Jace? say through clenched teeth.

AUTHORS NOTE: so what do think of Jade and Travis being mates? In the next chapter might put either Travis

or Jades POV on what happened there. Let me know who you think it should be. any ideas about why Jase told a wolf not to touch Nicoles? its not like he can hear him. after all he's just a friendly wolf, right?
