KUNJ'S POV:

I silently sat on a chair beside her bed.

Its hurting watching her in this miserable condition I just like her talking shit and cracking useless jokes.

Its been 17 hours but she is not awake yet.
As a surgeon I and only viren know what is going on in our hearts.

We checked her reports and when I say her condition is not good specially after that seizure I know it just lasted some seconds but it raised much more difficulties.

Her monitors beeped aggressively suddenly and I held her hand when I heard her low painful sob.

As for venturi mask I removed it in morning.

I tried to listen her incoherent words when she yelped and then tried to shout in pain but felt pain in talking too she stopped her movement and started to cry loudly.

Her painkillers effects are wearing off.

"Pp..ple..ease pain.... Boht pain"
She whispered in rough voice and started to cough due to dry throat.

"Hey shhh wait... You'll be fine wait a minute"
I said and picked up a glass of water and asked nurse to bring a straw so she can drink water without any difficulty.

After a minute nurse rushed inside and asked me to take a side so she can make her drink water but I denied.

"You prepare a heavy dose painkiller ... I'll take care of her"
I told her in no nonsense voice and she nodded and handed me straw.

I break the seal and with my two fingers I parted her lips and placed straw.

"My little warrior try to take a sip"
I said to her softly and she looked at me with half closed swollen eyes which were filled with tears.

"Shhh have some I know it'll hurt "
I said with tears in my eyes her father is just outside with Arnav.

viren went home to take bath and took her mom and bhabhi too.

I send adi at home to change just now.
I made her drink a little water and then asked nurse to pass me painkiller.

I looked at twinkle's small figure crying hard she must be in a lot pain.

She is crying and trying to yell loudly because of pain but when she start to yell her chest area and neck hurts so she stops and start to cry harder than before.

I give her a painkiller in her in iv's injection port and caressed her head from side.

"Is it still paining"
I asked her after a few seconds.

She whispered a low yes with tears in her eyes.

"Don't cry jaan it'll hurt more if you cry"
I said in genuinely caring tone.

"K....kill me"
She whispered in low broken voice.

"What ...here we are trying our best to save you and here you are laying here and talking shit... Are you fucking out of your mind don't you have a little common sense... Haan everyone is sitting outside and you saying kill me why?"
I lost my temper and shouted loudly she whimpered and started to cry loudly.

"It..its paining ... Please .... Pain is unbea....rable...  Kill me"
She shouted forgetting her pain and start to take deep breaths.

"Arghhh why you wanna die tell me I'll kill you then"
I said calmly keeping my anger in check now.

"I'll never be same ag..aain ..... I'll be a bad omen on my fam...mily ..... These mmm marks on my body will remain till I die due to humiliation one day ... So why not today"
She said sobbing loudly.
