Chapter 10. Home.

Five years later...

The whole five years have passed, and today was the day when Jimin was coming back from Paris. He never visited his parents during this period of time. Only Jimin's parents went there to meet the omega whenever they missed their child.

Whenever Jimin's parents planned to visit there, Jungkook always sent Jimin's favorite chocolates and teddies with them for the omega, whom he secretly claims in his heart. But this little obsession of his was still perfectly hidden by his and Jimin's parents, and they took all Jungkook's gestures for Jimin as a family-friendly love for each other. 

Jungkook never dated anyone during this whole time. He worked really hard, like really very hard, to impress Jimin, and his smart brain helped him achieve his goals smoothly. He successfully skipped high school. only at the age of eighteen, and he was able to get a bachelor's degree in business and marketing earlier than others. He also behaved really well in front of his parents, and because of his good behavior and seeing his interest in the already stabilised business, his parents decided to let him take over their company as CEO. And soon, in just six months, he achieved the title of the youngest and most successful CEO in the country.

But between all this, he never missed telling about his success and hard work to his Hyung, as he always keeps the letters secret in every package he sends for Jimin. 

The omega never told him his contact details and never returned to any of his letters, but Jungkook never pushed him for this because he knew that his Hyung was a little upset with him because of their last incident.

But still, the whole situation made him mad at his hyung sometimes, though he knew that he would get the omega easily whenever he came back from his studies. As he planned something special for Jimin already.

"Jungkook!!"

Jina called Jungkook when she saw the alpha coming back after completing his day. 

Jungkook stopped in his tracks when he heard his mother calling him for something, so he diverted his path and walked towards the living room where his mother was sitting on the couch and asked.

"Yes, mom, is everything okay?" 

The alpha walked by and sat comfortably beside his mother. He rested his head on the head rest and tilted it to face his mother.

Jina caresses Alpha's soft hair lovingly and says,

"You know your Jimin Hyung is coming tonight?" Just hearing this Jungkook sit straight on the couch and face his mother attentively, as undoubtedly this is his favorite topic to discuss,

"Yes," Jungkook timidly asked, as he didn't know exactly what his mother wanted to talk to him about his Jimin. 

"Haruka just called me and asked if Jungkook is available to pick Jimin up from the airport as they don't want the Omega to come alone with any of the drivers as Jimin is fully presented Omega now and it's not safe for him, and they both are busy preparing for the surprise party for him, so can you?" Jina asked with hopeful expressions, as she is oblivious about how Jungkook's alpha is howling and dancing inside him with happiness. 

So, without wasting more time, he accepted and left for the airport, as it was already time for Jimin's flight to arrive at the Gimhae International Airport, Busan, Korea.

Jungkook was waiting for the omega to appear as the flight from Paris had already arrived a long time ago. But Jimin was taking too long to come out of the airport, and Jungkook was feeling more impatient as the time passed because he was going to see his Hyung after a very long time, and the same went for Jimin too. Suddenly, a thought made him worry that the omega wasn't going to recognise him because he worked hard in the gym, and his puberty had changed him a lot since before. All these thoughts made him conscious of himself, as he didn't know if Jimin liked muscles or not, if his Hyung would like the changes in him or not. Just when Jungkook was fighting with his inner demons, his eyes fell on the most beautiful sight he had ever landed on, and that's his Hyung walking through the security check in all his glory. Jungkook never saw him after the Omega was fully presented, as it happens anytime later when you become eighteen years old.
