"Celine?"

Who is calling me?

"I love that name. it's quite fitting,"

"She looks lovely, just like you, darling."

"Oh but she surely has your eyes."

"You think?"

"Look at her! Of course, she does."

The trembling form of the 17 years old was awakened by the voices she was hearing. Her eyes didn't show a defined view of her surrounding as her blurry vision desperately looked around her. She felt a rush of adrenaline jump in her body as her heart beats a fast tempo.

She could hear her heartbeat drumming against her eras, making her face cringe at the loudness.

Soon tears tugged on her lashes after escaping her eyes. She didn't know what was happening to her, suddenly everything was hard to endure.

Abruptly, she heard the conversation again.

"We can't."

"What do you mean we can't?!"

"Listen, darling, I also don't want this but we have to-"

"NO! MY BABY ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE!-"

"-PLEASE!... Please... I only have her."

"I'm sorry."

Suddenly, Celine was blessed with a clear view of her surrounding as all the chaos taking place in her body seemed to calm down with the passing minutes.

But the things she was seeing were anything but blissful.

She was surrounded by darkness as a single light bulb hung on top of her, lighting a little amount of what seemed like a really large room.

As she glanced around, her mind started making random and frightening images out of the darkness. Even when she couldn't see them, she knew there were eyes glaring at her as she continued looking around, taking note of every little thing she glimpsed.

"Celine." A deep husky voice called for her attention, the voice did not echo, but it did come from all directions.

She now had a better guess of where she was. by how the voice had little to no echo, she wasn't in a such large room, it was the darkness that gave her such an illusion.

"Celine Dominic. Am I right?" The unfamiliar voice questioned her. The second time hearing the voice made her first theory accurate.

The voice was in fact coming from all directions and there was only one guess for that, speakers were placed on each side of the walls.

"Who are you?" She knew very well she won't receive a response to that, but she wanted to play dumb.

A chuckle was heard from the male, "how about we skip the introduction and go straight to the point, no?" Celine was remaining patient as she looked down at the floor, looking for something that might help her in some kind of way.

"Who do you work for?" The voice asked her with a lace of range which her ears picked up.

"No one." She gave a simplified answer.
