Withered Away

chapter 1-the beginning

LLOYD POV:

I was walking on a dirt path along with the rest of the team nya, jay, Kai, Zane, and Cole. We went to go get some tea for sensi and we're walking back, to the place in the woods we landed the bounty. It was about 7:45 at night so it was getting dark out. Jay per the usual was blabbing off about God knows what, Cole listen with a board expression on his face, Zane on the outside of the team just listening to them babble on. Kai and nya are just talking. Nya on one side of Kai in the middle of everyone and me on the other on the outside of the team. Just thinking about are life and the adventures we've had.

-TIME SKIP-AT THE BOUNTY-

we finally got back to the bounty after what seemed like hours but was actually about ten minutes. It was now almost eight so it was time for Zane to start dinner, Cole wanted to join him in helping make dinner. After Zane and Cole left to go make dinner the rest of us played rock-paper-scissors to see who would go and give wu his tea and everyone else would go and relax, jay ended up losing so he went to go give my uncle his tea. me, Kai, and nya we're left so went to the living room and turned on the TV to Netflix, found a cooking show  and turned it on. A few minutes later jay came back and sat on the couch next to nya, Kai was on the love seet on the otherside of the room staring at his phone probably on Instagram or something.

Almost exactly twenty minutes later Cole came in and sat next to Jay so was now in the middle. "Did'ya get bored of cooking with Zane?" Jay asked Cole with smirk on his face, " no! He didnt want me tapering with his food", he shot back "is that actually what he said 'cause that doesn't sound like that something Zane would say" nya shot at him also smirking. Cole just poured and said "well, he didn't actually say that but.....that's what it felt like!" And with that he turned away and put on fake pouty face.

We watch the cooking show and chatted for and  about thirty minutes and then Zane came in a said dinner was ready. We all got up and we were all just about to go but then Nya yelled "RACE YA!" And ran off to the kitchen with all of us chasing after her. She obviously won and we all tied pretty much except Kai cause he was the farthest from the hall.

Once sensi came and sat with us we started eating. We eat in an awkward silence which was very weird considering the fact that jay was at the table. I wanted to brake the silence but I couldn't think of a way, there wasn't anything to talk about nothing new had happened no new missions or threats in a month or two, I really need to get better at my time.

After dinner it was 9:12, so everyone was going to bed or winding down about this time. It was me and Cole's turn to do dishes tonight while we did them we didn't talk 'cause Cole had the face that he makes when he's dreaming about cake on and I didn't really care to bother him from his dreams.

We finished the dishes and Cole went to check the cupboards probably to check for a sweet treat or whatever. I walked through the hall and checked the time it was 9:48. 'dang, we took a while washing the dishes' I thought. I walked down the rest of the hall to my room to get into my pajamas. Once I did I came out to the living room to the two people that were actually still awake and wished them goodnight and went to my room and got in bed.

Yeah I know it's a short and boring start, but I promise it'll get more interesting, it hard to write it without getting straight to the point. I'ma try to make it a long book and update as much as I can, even though the updates will be completely random. 😅
