Beryllium's P.O.V

Antimony Curium had grown so much in the past 5 years, from a small 12 year old girl, to a beautiful 17 year old female. Her short red hair had grown past her waist, her 4'5 frame had grown the least, and she was now a short 5'3. Her reputation, grew from innocence fire player, to prodigy bender, her power had grown an excessive amount to the point where she was able to beat most of her friends in any game that involved, well anything, her speed, strength, power and smarts we over powering to most humans and benders alike that lived in her village. Ever since she brought Bromine to her village, her parents became very over-protective, and now, poor Annie had an arranged marriage to a young man named Cobalt. She hated him with everything in her body, but she needed to make she her parents were happy with her, otherwise they would send Brody away, and that was the last thing Antimony wanted.

"BERYLLIUM!" And I was caught off guard as Antimony called for me. "BEAR!? HURRY UP!" She's giggling, as usual. Brody and her brother Kalium are tugging at her shirt, trying to get her to hurry up. Today is the festival of Aridian; Aridian was the famous princess who mothered Aristotle's father. She began a revolution and we must celebrate her and her life, unfortunately.

"COMING ANNIE!" I've always been like a father to her, helping her when she needed it. I love Antimony Curium like she is my daughter. I’ve taken Bromine into my life as well, it’s amazing watching him use his atoms, since I’ve never see earth masters before. Our fights are always the most interesting, Brody; being an earth master, usually wins because his element is the strongest of them as, although mine is the most powerful. I’m Beryllium, the Air master, I’m the most controlled and powerful one in our village, most people who think they have what it takes, come to me for teaching, but I’m not much of a teacher, I do love helping people though I’m no good at it.

“Bear you took forever!” Annie giggled, “Sorry, I was in thought princess!” I smirked, she rolled her eyes and laughed, then grabbed my hand, I barely noticed, but in her other hand, her and Brody’s hands were intertwined. I shook my head and whispered “Annie, you better not let your parents see you holding Brody’s hand, what about Cobalt?” Her eyes went wide and she yanked her hand from Brody’s. “Annie what’s wrong?” Brody gave her a look, wondering why she let go. “What if my parents see?” “Then we stop.” “What if we don’t stop on time?” she glanced up at him, worried. “Then we say that you needed help walking” “what will that accomplish Brody?” “They’ll get off our back for a while.” Antimony sighed but agreed. “Okay, fine.” She reached onto her tip toes and hugged him tightly, kissing his nose while she went up.

“AW! ANNIE AND BRODY!” Neos was back, she was gorgeous, I must admit that much, I’d often thought about sending some of my life having her as mine. Although it would be next to impossible, she never thought of me that way. “Hey Neos!” I smiled and waved at her. Dark brown hair swished over her small shoulder as she turned to look at me with her piercing, ghostly blue eyes. “Hi bear!” she smiled back at me, then started moving towards me. I opened my arms, waiting for her as she made her way over to me. Her walk became a run as she started running into my arms. I caught her swiftly, scooping her into my arms and spinning her, we’ve done this since she was just a little girl, and her now 19 year old body was still no problem for me to lift her into the air and spin. ‘WEE!” she giggled, just like she did when we were kids.

Cobalt was walking quickly towards us, “Annie get over here.” He glared at her, like he was a tiger about to pounce on the poor girl. “okay.” She reluctantly agreed, walking away from Brody, their hands untwining as she almost ran towards Cobalt, then intertwining her hands with Cobe’s.  Knowing what his worried tone and evil stare meant. They turned and walked towards the village center.
