"Sweetie... Please wake up?"

"No dad... 5 more minutes!"

"Riley! You need to get up now." And with that my dad had hit me with a pillow!

"Ow!"

My dad was giggling like a crazy man. I let my eyes adjust to the light and began to get up. I asked my dad to leave my room so I could get ready.

It was Friday. What to wear? What to wear? I had my least favorite classes today. I pulled out a bunch of clothing opition and settled on my favorite pair of skinny jeans, my old worn out black vans, a white lace shirt with a maroon shirt underneath and black leather jacket.

I curled my hair to perfection and lightly applied some eye shadow and mascara and a nice lip gloss. Then right before I left my bedroom I grabbed my beanie. I guess you could say I was feeling a little on the skater girl side.

I went down stairs to greet my mom and dad who were already at the table. Mom was on the phone as usual, probably yelling at what she called the "idiots" in her office. Dad was answering an email on his blackberry. I like to call it his "crack-berry" lets just say it never stopped ringing and dad never put it down. I sat down at the table and poured some cereal and milk into my bowl. I ate silently trying not to bother my mom. As soon as I was finished a car horn beeped. It was my ride to school. I cleared and cleaned my dishes and said my goodbyes

while walking to the door I grabbed my backpack and iPhone. I placed my ear buds in and clicked on my favorite song "Little Things" by One Direction.
