Arjun fastened his seat belt as the pilot announced landing in few minutes...
He gazed outside at the calm weather ....after a long time he felt at peace....he felt at HOME....it was strange as he hardly felt any emotions in his heart....
Arjun p.o.v:
What is this strange feeling.....why am I feeling peace like I belong here....but at the same time I'm scared to deal with any new pain....life was never fair for me and now I have no hope in my life... I would have died long back if not for HIM....yes I love Isha but HE is my soul...my reason to live.... I miss you my Jaan.... we'll meet soon...
End of p.o.v
Soon Arjun walked out of the airport and saw a person holding his name card and went along with him to his taxi...
Driver: sir...do you want to have your lunch first or should I directly take you to Veediya mansion...
Arjun spoke without any emotions in a cold voice "I don't prefer having lunch...so take me to the mansion but first can you stop by at any gift shop"
Driver: As you say sir....there's a gift some near the mansion....we can pick up the gift and directly head towards the mansion
Arjun just nodded and began working in his laptop...
In Veediya mansion;
Diya was shouting at the workers for not doing their work properly as she wanted to make everything perfect before the guest arrives.... usually she doesn't bother much about the guests who stay in their out house but this time she was feeling restless and happiness....she didn't know why but she felt some connection with their 'unknown' guest....her husband had teased her to no extent but she dismissed him with her famous glare....but but what she saw made her blood boil in anger when she saw her stupid husband play video games with their neighbours kid....and that was it she blasted his head off....
Diya screamed on top of her lungs "Youuuuu idiot ..monkey veer Patel....get your stupid ass from the sofa and go to the gift shop and buy some gift for our guest....you moron Patel"
Veer just laughed at his annoyed wife...but he was very happy....after a long time his wife was happy and excited as if her own KID was coming home ....but he couldn't deny the feeling which both of them felt towards their mysterious guest.... generally he used to collect all the details about the guest but this time he was quite busy with his work and also he knew Ezra very well...they were best friends and any guest from him was trustworthy and reliable so he didn't bother much but he was excited to meet the person who gave happiness to his wife unknowingly.....
Veer slowly ran away to the gift shop which was near his house not wanting to get scolded from his over enthusiastic wify....
Since it was walking distance...veer reached the gift shop first....at the same time Arjun car halted near the shop and he marched inside the shop with his all time attitude....
Veer knew that he was a boy and thought to buy some electronic gadget and started browsing them....while Arjun also thought of gifting something related to gadgets and was about to go to the electronic section but right in front of that section were beautiful dream catchers and Wind Chimes....Arjun smiled as he saw them...perfect for home decors just like his Isha liked....she always believed that any gift should be given from heart and not to showoff their status and money....so he picked those up and went to pay for it....at the same time veer also was done with his shopping and stood right behind Arjun....but suddenly an old women fell unconscious....veer rushed to help the women and a crowd started forming around him......Arjun was held up with the billing but as soon as he paid he rushed to the crowd....he could see a man was trying to help the women....he tried to look at the man but it was not visible.....whereas veer sprinkled some water on the lady and made her sit on a chair....
Veer: mam are you ok....
Lady: yes beta....I'm ok....was just feeling tired
Veer: then why are you alone mam...where is your son
Lady: he went away with his wife and left me to die alone....
Veer stiffened....whenever he listen to such stories he's reminded of his past...the situation was no different for Arjun....he just smiled sadly "people are bond to leave you for their own choices...we just have to learn to live alone and not be dependent on anyone"
Soon few neighbours of the old lady took her to her house leaving veer and Arjun facing each other's back....who got a grip on their emotions and turned around to go from the shop....but they stood shocked because.......
Cliffhanger.....hehe....will the brothers finally see each other after so many hit and miss....why did they become shocked.....stay tuned ❤️
