An Idea!

Tsukasa Tenma and Rui Kamishiro were known as the weirdest duo in the school. They were usually causing trouble thanks to Rui's inventions. It's not surprising when Tsukasa caught feelings for Rui. Perhaps it was the way they hang out a lot. Or maybe it was how beautiful Rui was. Sure, his appearance may seem weird but once you get to know him, you'll get used to it. Tsukasa believed he should keep his feelings to himself so it wouldn't cause trouble. I mean it's not like he'll confess, right?

But that was until people was confessing their love to Rui. He always rejected them, claiming he had "feelings for someone else." Tsukasa felt bad but was also happy at the same time. It didn't help once people kept asking him out non-stop. Rui felt bothered and annoyed, most of the time they were hanging someplace else to avoid the people. Tsukasa could tell Rui was starting to get exasperated, he tried his best to calm down the director. It's rare for him to see Rui irritated.

It was a typical day for the duo, another person confessed their love to Rui, only for them to getting rejected. The duo were hanging out in the rooftop when it happened. Tsukasa was trying to calm Rui down but to no avail. He tried his best but couldn't help himself from getting distracted from Rui's perfect face.

"I wish there was a way for these people to leave me alone." Rui growled. Tsukasa felt his heart ping a little, that's it! If he and Rui pretend to date, it could make everyone no longer interested in him. Tsukasa knows it's not good for him to lie, but it's a perfect opportunity to see what it's like to date Rui. He knows he shouldn't get too excited. They would pretend to be for a couple of months and go back to being friends. Nothing more. But at least Tsukasa can finally imagine himself dating Rui. Tsukasa stood up and placed an arm in his heart before telling Rui something he probably won't forget.

"I have an idea! Why don't we pretend to date?"
