He's a dendro user with a Sumeru vision. He was born in Inazuma, and his parents were killed by knights when he was around the age of eight. He managed to escape Inazuma (when he was around 14) with his friends through an Import ship, heading back to Sumeru. He explored the area, fighting mobs and making new friends. One of his friends was unfortunate enough to He killed, and as Tusa fought the monster who killed her (his friend), he received a dendro vision. Tusa later found a job as an Exporter (oh, the irony). He helped arranged exports to different nations.
You'd meet him as Paimon points at a long line and urges you to find out what's on the end. As you enter the line, a young, chestnut haired boy follows behind you. Paimom waves at him and he smiles, taps your shoulder and asks what she is, in a friendly manner. Paimon is a bit irritated and you tell him she's a travel companion. You introduce yourselves to him, and you learn his name is Tusa. He tells you about the exports he's arranged and what products and materials are being shipped to Snezhnaya. After that you have a few more encounters with him, but over all, he's unimportant
