Percy, my lo- I mean cool OC.
So he's a land villager that had been hit (unintentionally) by a Flower Growing spell when he was young (a few years before Modern times started).
There was a festival in his little Village and a Superior suddenly miss-aimed a Flower Growing spell meant to grow flowers near a cottage, but whoops, Percy was running around and got hit by the spell. For three days, Percy's parents were terrified, because he kept shooting out and his tears turned into flowers, his blood turned green and he was bed-ridden for the entirety of their confusion.
They had enough and went to a medic, and the only solution was trying to have better control of his emotions because accidents like these had no cure.
As time went by, Percy gained control of his condition and as he reached adulthood, he developed a hobby of gardening when he wasn't teaching. (He's a Primary School teacher.)
And of course, Percy's genderbend, Perry.
