9. 𝚄𝚙𝚘𝚗 𝙰 𝙲𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚏!

First Person

I hear the machine gears moving, and the rope that is holding me slowly going down, about to dip into the water. I already inhaled some from before, so I don't know if i'll survive this one.

"NAMI-SAN!! I'M OVER HERE!!" I yell out, hoping the message would go through.

This building is huge, and I never thought that Shigozi would be the queen of this island. We never had royalty people back then, everyone leaded themselves.

Just then, I hear a yell along with the gears turning near me.

"There you are!" Nami calls out, running as fast as she can and Brook following behind.

My boots touch the water, but I try lifting them up to not touch it. I slowly submerge into the water, little by little.

My legs are submerged into the water, and slowly going up to my head. I try to squirm and get out, but nothing would do. I'm stuck in this sea stone rope, and if I even wanted to, I can't activate my devil fruit.

Nami and Brook get there in time, as my waist is legit in the water already. Brook breaks the rope that's holding me up, and Nami catches me and sits me down.

"Ren, are you alright?" Nami tells me as I try to stand up.

I felt very weak, and I just fall back down again but laugh through the pain.

"I'm al-" I wince at the pain but still smile at them, trying to walk towards the direction they came from.

"I'm alright, don't worry about me! I'm fine!!" I yell out, still trying to walk towards the same direction.

"Let us help you, at least!" Nami says, taking my shoulder and putting it around her back. Brook can't even help out because of his height. Instead, he follows behind.

Luffy's Group

As Luffy tries to land some hits on Shigozi and Robin tries to hold her down as much as she can, Robin sees Nami, Ren, and Brook, but they take another way to get away from the fight.

"Oh, looks like they found Ren in time." Robin says to Luffy.

"Man, how many hits does this dragon need to be down?!" Luffy yells out, panting from punching a lot.

"Well, it is a dragon and she is Shigozi." Robin lets out a chuckle and has a slight smile on her face, still trying to hold her down.

Zoro's Group

"Damn you, woman! How dare you call me marimo!" Zoro yells out, trying to get a hit on Akio.

"Heh, what? You mad, marimo?" Akio says, having a devious smile on her face and blocking the attacks Zoro does.

"Why do you even have that band around your eyes, eh?" Zoro yells out, skidding at the floor with his feet steady.

"Oh, this? Hah, why do you wanna know?" Akio yells back, also skidding at the floor.

They were both to equal to fight at this point. Even if they had different weapons.

Sanji just sat there, watching them fight. He lit up a cig and smoked it, then sat down.

Sanji sighs, letting out all the smoke. "Akio-chwan!! You can do this!!" Sanji yells out with heart eyes, rooting for Akio and pumping one of his fists into the air.
