PROLOGUE

-SUMMARY-

Arabella Nadine DuBois was the daughter of Robert DuBois, also known as bloodsport. she was born with the power of blood bending, meaning that she could take blood and turn it into anything she wanted to use it to her power and her advantage. then not long after, her sister Tyla DuBois was born. she wasn't an only child anymore but her sister didn't have powers and that's what set them apart.

her father got arrested early in their life and that's when Arabella started to act out, started to get into fights, got bad grades, acted out at school, and didn't do what she was told. the girl separated from her sister and her family not long after. she knew what her father was doing but she simply didn't care. she didn't have the will to care.

one night, she was out in public when she was attacked and she did the one thing she knew how to do. she fought back as hard and as fast as she could, she had managed to murder every single person within a 2-mile radius of her when they attacked her and that's when she got arrested but prison couldn't keep her contained.

no, they needed to get her off of earth and somewhere, where she would learn how to deal with her powers and who she was without truly hurting the people around her. she didn't mean to, truly. she only meant to hurt the people that were attacking her, she had heard everything they were saying to

"you know who she is don't you?" someone asked as she heard them far away but she didn't pay any attention. when your family is a known murderer, you get harassed and bullied but when you have the power to bend blood its like you're someone weird, odd. like you shouldn't exist on the earth.

"yeah yeah, that's bloodspark, daughter of bloodsport, god shes such a freak," the other person said and she wanted to block out the words, block out what they said or at least how they said it

"you thinking what I'm thinking?" someone stated and she didn't know what was happening but the next thing she knew, she was being attacked and she had to fight.

now here's the thing, you need blood to live, you need it to survive and you would think that people would know that, accept that even if you are different. you can help, you can change lives for better or for worse but they didn't understand that. they would never understand that and so there she was, in an alleyway being attacked by people who hated her and her father. she didn't know what was happening but she killed them and after that, she was sent away.

to a random planet, a place she had never been before. no, she wasn't with her father, no she had no idea where he was or what he was doing , she had no idea where she was or where her sister was. random planets bring new adventures and new people into your life.

this new person? was rachel roth also known as raven. god how arabella wished she could be like her, apart of the titans, accepted for her power, treated like a goddess or a team player rather like a psycho crazy murderer. she didn't think that rachel even knew who she was or why she was there but she didn't care.

she had to get out, she had to leave, she had to get back to earth or back to home. she didn't like where she was and she knew it but what happens when rachel wont accept that? when rachel wants the girl to stay and fight?

what happens when raven and bloodspark fall for each other quickly and hard? will they last or will they have to go back to earth together and forget everything that had happened between them

this was scary, this was love. some would say its scary love.

yes i know that the suicide squad and titans arent set in the same universe but i saw the opportunity and i took it. i couldn't stop myself. i would also like to state that yes i do love gar and rachel but I've always loved rachel more and i think that i wrote this to project some of my wlw emotions on her when i cant do anything else. when reading this book, please remember that arabella is just a fictional character who goes through what some people do in the real world everyday. and without further ado, welcome to scary love and welcome to arabellas story.
