I was walking through the city looking for food, anything. My family decided to send me out to get food.
I mean come on why me, my brother could have gone. I guess it because I'm the middle child. Anyways I stopped by a 7/11, killing zombies that were in my way with my knife.
When I got inside, I saw a chip bag that was open on the floor. I heard something so I looked up and saw the employees only door open.
I went in there slowly and saw a girl with black hair in there. "Please don't hurt me... you can have the whole store, just please don't hurt me."
My faced soften as I looked at her, "I'm not going to hurt you I promise". She looked up at me, man was she beautiful.
"You promise?" she asked, and I nodded my head.
"Where are your family did, they leave you?"
She shook her head, "they all died I'm the only one left". I felt bad so I offered for her to stay with me and my family.
She hesitantly went with me she told me her name as, I grabbed everything we needed and went back to my base. When we got there, I yelled to my brother to open the gate.
When he did almost my entire family pointed their guns at Billie. "wow, it's okay. She's safe"
They all put their guns down, and we walked in. "y/n what did I tell you about bringing people here?"
"I'm sorry mom, but she was by herself I couldn't just leave her" I said, but of course my mom didn't want to listen.
Later that night we were all eating dinner. They have been warming up to billie, my brother kept flirting with her which made me piss.
"Bro, can you stop flirting with her for one minute and eat your damn food" I said annoyed, it made me even madder when Billie kept blushing at his comments. My brother rolled his eyes and started to eat again.
"So, where is she sleeping" My little sister asked.
'Oh, she's sleeping with me" My brother said as he put his arm around her, I glared at him through my lashes.
"She's sleeping with y/n" My dad said, my brother groaned. I started to laugh at him, "and don't you sneak into my room weirdo."
We all got ready to go to sleep, I was laying in my bed while Billie was getting her sleeping bag on the floor.
"You know you can sleep on my bed right, I'm not like my brother" I said while chuckling, she blushed and got in the bed. I gave her some space and went to sleep, while I was about to sleep, I felt Billie move towards me.
She put her arms around me, it made me go stiff. "umm"
"I'm sorry, I just like to cuddle when I go to sleep" she said. I just nodded my head and laid back down. This is so awkward.
