Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites

Flakey biscuit dough

1 egg

1/4 cup of baking soda

8 cups of water

1/2 cup of melted butter

2 tsp of cinnamon mixed with 1/2 of sugar


For Glaze:

1/2 cups of powdered sugar

1 tbsp of milk


Cut biscuits into about 6-8 pieces

Bring water to a boil and add in the baking soda

Place the bites into the water for about 30 seconds 

Place them on a baking sheet once done

Brush with egg wash and bake for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees (or until golden brown)

Once done, let them cool for 5-10 minutes

Cover the bites in melted butter and then dip them into the cinnamon and sugar mixture

Combine milk and powdered sugar into a bowl for the glazed dipping sauce

Enjoy!
