Nobody pov:
"And that's all." Naruto said with a smile.
"Hn. Come to think of it wasn't Yuri a half Uchiha. He was the love child of someone from our enemy village but he was lucky to only get the Uchiha gene. That could partially be why he hated us so much." Sasuke said
"Hn. You can be right but everyone treated him nicely and nobody discriminated against him so why?" Izuna asked.
"Maybe for power." Naruto said.
"Why do you think that?" Izuna asked.
"Well since he was half Uchiha he was not as strong as you and if I'm right kakashi sensei also said that he unlock his sharingan really late so maybe he was feeling inferior to everyone and that inferiority turned into hatered." I said.
The twins seemed to agree with the blond and kept quiet.
"I guess we had enough rest now let's go home it's getting late." Naruto said standing up. Hearing that the Uchihas also stood up and went home
Time skip
They soon entered and we're greeted with the scent of miso soup, freshly made rice and other delicious foods.
"Hey you guys are back how was the training?" Kakashi asked.
"It was good. They mastered climbing trees now." Naruto said with a smile.
Kakashi just gave them a closed eyed smile as a response.
The three took a shower SEPARATELY (get your mind out the gutter I read the comments) and sat down to eat.
"I would like to thank you for coming here to help us. You guys are our heroes." Tsunami said with a sincere smile.
At that Inari slammed his hand at the table and began berating team 7.
Naruto pov
I was eating my food and chatting Tsunami suddenly thanked us. I smiled and was about to say something when suddenly Inari just slammed his hand on the table and began berating us.
After a while when he calmed down I asked him "why?... Why do you hate us so much?"
Inari flinched and said " You guys are just wasting your time. GATO'S GOT A WHOLE ARMY AND YOU GUYS ARE JUST 4 PEOPLE! YOU GUYS WILL JUST LIKE... Like him."
Nobody pov:
"I suppose that "him" was you step father." Naruto said too calmly. So calmly that even Kurama was shocked at how calm he was but kept quiet.
Inari flinched again at the mention of his late father. He wanted to say something but words would not come out of his throat at all.
"You know you should be proud to call him your father and not be embarrassed to call him the 'fallen hero' of this village." Naruto said . His deep blue eyes glowing having no emotions in them.
"N-no I'm not emba-." Inari wanted to say something but was cut of by Naruto.
"Then why do you hate heroes so much. You should be proud to call him the hero of this village, proud to call him the only one brave enough in this village to fight...to fight for what he thought was right even if he died in the attempt. I know it's hard to let go but you should know this." Naruto said with no emotions at all.
Inari was just quite at this point , silently crying.
Everyone else also did not say anything knowing that the blond was right.
"I'm going out." Naruto said.
"Naruto wa-" Sasuke was about to say when Naruto said
"Please don't follow me." With a smile. A very cold and fake smile that puts sai's 'smile' to shame.
Naruto opened the back door and was about to leave when he turned around with his 'smile' and said to Inari.
"You are a good kid I can tell because you were worried what might happen to us because of Gato. I am sure your father is proud of you watching you from heaven. I am also glad you were born with such a lovely family. "
With that he left leaving a crying Inari and 5 worried people.
Naruto pov:
"A family." I thought as picture of the Uchiha family came to my mind. How happy they were together. They had their ups and downs but they loved each other deeply and truly.
"Must be nice" I thought again with an emotionless smile.
"Kit are you okay?" Kurama asked worried.
"I'm fine" I said as I started going to the training area.
