His ability allows him to create both real objects and illusions. By illusions it could be a mental thing or something 3D, like for example he could make flashy lights come out of nowhere with out the use of light bulbs or a flashlight. Over imagination can also allow him to teleport to anywhere just as long as he's been there before, another thing he can do is heal people and himself as he can make a 3D arm and reattach it if he loses a arm.(will edit in future)
