47. You Mean The World To Me

Author's POV:

"Alright, you'll be pushing..."
He stopped while Yoongi also looked back at the same time so, accidently went too close to his face. He could see the sparkle in his eyes. They were like that, staring at each other for not too long as Yoongi's name was called.

"Min Yoongi. Are you Min Yoongi?"
A man stood there with a box in his hands. He wore a hat and a mask so that he was covered well and as if he wanted no one to recognize him.
"I am, what's the matter?"
He said while climbing down the pushcart.
"This is your parcel." The man gave him the box while taking a good look of his face and left.
"Oh, thanks."
Yoongi didn't really pay attention as he was still thinking about how innocent Hoseok just looked.
'His reaction just now... Am I thinking too much?'

"Wasn't he supposed to deliver the parcel to the front desk?"
Yoongi came back to his senses and agreed with him.
"Yeah."
"Why did he deliver it in person?" Hoseok mumbled while looking at the delivery boy.

'Min Yoongi. I found you.'

(At night, Movie Theatre)

Yoongi had invited Hoseok to a movie and he had accepted his invitation immediately. Yoongi felt puzzled as he was unable to understand the other, what he was feeling or thinking about because Yoongi was not really expecting him to agree so enthusiastically after the morning and also the part of goofing around with the pushcart.
'I really don't know what he's thinking. He looks upset sometimes, and other times, he acts as if nothing happened.'

Both went for the popcorn at the same time and their hands touched again. Hoseok took one piece and looked at the older. Yoongi quickly took some and stuffed them in his mouth while he looked elsewhere to hide his blushing face.
"What was the last scene about?" He mumbled but Hoseok couldn't hear him properly.
"What did you say?"
"I am asking, are you paying attention to the story?" He leaned over to whisper in his ear.
"No." He said bluntly.
"What the heck. Then what are we doing in here?"

'I thought I'd be happy when I get to see a movie with colors. But why is my heart not in it? Why did he invite me to a movie all of a sudden? And our hands touched, and I can still fell the lingering warmth.'
"Umm, I was mean back then."
Yoongi said softly, attracting Hoseok's attention towards him.
"I'm sorry. I don't mind that you crossed the line. You kept pressing me with questions. I..."
"I haven't considered your feelings either. I'm sorry... Yoongi, just tell me if you run into difficulties again. I want to solve problems with you even if I can't help you much. It will be enough if I just heard you speak. About Vernon, it doesn't matter whether you choose to let go or forget him. I'll stay by your side."

Yoongi took some some time to process what he had just told him. He couldn't help a small smile making way to his lips and a faint blush painting his cheeks.
"Really? Why are you so kind to me?"
"Because... You are important to me."
"How am I important to you?"
"More important than anyone else. The one and only." Hoseok said with a serious expression.
His blush deepened and he chuckled.
'When will you realise that this will only give me the wrong idea.'
He rummaged through his pocket and out his house keys and gave it to Hoseok.
"Here you go. These keys are the only copies, the one and only. Should we go home?"
"You don't want to see the movie?"
"You are not even watching."

'I'm sorry, Yoongi. No matter if you are willing to, I've already crossed the line. I don't want anybody to hurt you.'

(Downstairs of Yoongi's House)

"What do you want for breakfast tomorrow?"
"Sandwich."
"I think there's no more bread at home. I will go get some, wait for me."
"Ok."
Yoongi waited for him there, still thinking about his words. He suddenly felt a hand coming from behind and trapping him close to the person themself and their other hand held a pocket knife was pressed against his waist.
"Yoongi, let's talk."
