Today was the day that me and my friend layanna would and some other people that I've known for a while would be going to the center to decorate for the gender reveal I still didn't know the gender but I had been begging layanna to tell me like all day and she still wasn't budging
Since Nero was basically on the run for killing Lakyn he didn't want to come and help decorate because he said "this location was going to be expected for him " I was honestly sick of having to run and hide this street shit was getting old and I had honestly been thinking of a way to tell him that if he couldn't get his shit together me and the kids would have to leave him honestly For real this time I had applied for a RNA job in Sacramento and that's where I planned to go if he didn't get his stuff together beside layanna had said she would come along too so I wouldn't be alone at all
"Awww look " I said with a big smile on my face as I looked at the human sized inflatable bear that Hayley bought
Hayley was one of my other friends she had used to be in me and Judy's friend group but she went off to the army I was happy that she had gotten the invitation and could make it because Hayley is honestly a busy person
As I helped with decorating I was interrupted when my phone started to ring I answered it and of course it was Nero bothering me about making sure no outsiders were there so I looked around and noticed a random man wearing all black standing by the balloon arch
I walked over to him and caught him by suprise
"Are you one of the movers or something " I asked as I stared at him before he could say anything else my brother interrupted the whole thing and asked him to leave while holding on to his Glock
The man quickly walked out and everybody continued decorating I had called nero and told him about the whole thing and he just kept telling me to be careful he hadn't told me why I should be careful I was just thinking it was probably because I was an accessory to the crime but he acted like there was something more to worry about and I was really scared for us
4 hours later
When everybody was done decorating it was 10:33 and I was honestly so tired Nero had told me he was coming to get me so layanna and I had waited inside the center for him to come she didn't want to leave me here alone even though I continuously told her I would be fine she insisted she stay
When Nero pulled up we hugged and both got into separate cars as soon as I entered his car I could smell liquor all on his breath so I knew it would be a long night
"You've been drinking " I said side eyeing him
"Man don't start no bullshit Saylonni I don't wanna hear all that " he responded with a stank face
I just sat there silently holding in tears
30 minutes later
We were finally in the house and I headed to the shower and instead of him doing the same he grabbed his keys and left again I didn't care enough to ask him where he was going I knew that in a couple months I'd be away from him because I knew he wasn't going to change so I didn't stress much over it i would continue to let him do him I thought as tears slid down my face as I washed my hair
Nero's PoV
I sat on the traps couch getting head because I simply was too off my ass to deal with Saylonni's emotional roller coasters that shit got annoying at times and I just needed a break from playing family man I missed my old self I use to could fuck anybody without having to think about kids or a nagging ass girl but I guess this was apart of being in love
When she was done I handed her a band and kissed her cheek
"I thought we were gonna fuck" she looked at me confused
I stood there thinking about it before agreeing
I did need some pussy Saylonni had been being stingy with it and how would she find out anyways
The next day
I woke up in my bed and the bitch I was with last night was gone and I was so happy I wouldn't have to kick her out
Like always I lifted up and got on my phone I had 130 missed calls and thousands of dms and shared post
I looked at the video of me laying pipe in this random bitch and immediately thought about Saylonni I knew she wasn't gone forgive me this time and I was honestly hurt .
