Getting out of the shower, i wrapped a towel around my body going into my bedroom and sitting at my vanity.

"yeah" I called when someone knocked on my door.

"Hello" I asked confused.

I sighed getting up, opening my door seeing no one "Ok, then" i whispered closing my door and going back over to my vanity.

Leaning down to grab my brush, i sat back up when i heard something outside, hurriedly putting a jacket and shorts on.

I ran down the stairs opening the front door to see my dad, crouching over someone and his car left on.

"Dad" i asked confused.

"Oh god, what happened" I asked going over seeing Scott laying on his back.

"He-he came out of nowhere" Dad stuttered looking between me and Scott.

"Are you ok" I said crouching down

"I-im sorry its my fault"

"Its fine, are you ok though"

"Yeah, im fine i swear, Im-im sorry i hit your car Mr. Jacobs"

"Its fine, and call me Lucas" Dad said smiling.

"you sure your ok" Dad asked helping him up.

"Yeah, yeah" Scott said getting up.

"I should go, i have the lacrosse game to get to" he said smiling at me.

"you're still coming right" he asked as i nodded looking at him.

"Of course, wouldn't miss it for the world"

"A-and you can come mr.J- i mean Lucas" Scott said looking at him as he nodded.

"Id love to, you know back in my day i used to play"

"Oh, what position" Scott asked looking at his crush's dad

"Captain"

"Im co captain" Scott said smiling as Lucas smiled brightly.

"I'd love to come watch you play" he said nodding.

"Of course, ill see you guys later" he said kissing me cheek before rushing off.

"I like him" Dad said as he turned the car off and we walked inside.

"Me too" I said going up to my room to change.
