Y/N's POV

The training room was filled with the fatigue-ridden expressions of nine individuals, one after the other. Jihyo, radiating boundless energy, stood at the forefront, a grin stretching across her face as she peered at us.
"Ready for some training?!?" she exclaimed with infectious excitement, one hand dramatically cupping her ear.
Eight weary faces responded with languid nods, incluiding mine, our energy reserves seemingly drained from the early morning summons.
The night prior, we had all obediently retired to bed early, a directive courtesy of Jihyo. Now, as the dawn broke, we found ourselves roused from our slumber yet again, all thanks to Jihyo's unwavering enthusiasm.
-FLASHBACK-
I had been nestled in a serene slumber when the tranquility was shattered by the abrupt slamming of the door.
Startled, I sat up, surveying the room. My roommate, seemingly unperturbed by the disturbance, remained blissfully asleep. My attention was drawn to the door as Jihyo barged in, holding a casserole and a spoon.
Trembling with excitement, Jihyo sported a broad smile as she approached. I had a sinking feeling, a premonition of what was about to unfold.
"PLEASE DON'T-" I began, but it was futile.
-END OF FLASHBACK-
It was very easy to imagine how that story ended.
"Couldn't you wake us up later?" Nayeon voiced her protest, squinting her eyes against the effort of waking up.
Jeongyeon, still caught in the clutches of sleepiness, nodded in agreement with Nayeon.
"Because exercising in the morning has many advantages" Jihyo replied, calmly making her case.
"Exercising early improves mood and reduces stress" She moved her hands as she explained.
Tzuyu scoffed.
"Sleeping more hours improves my mood" She retorted, arms crossed, her gaze defiantly fixed on Jihyo.
"That's just because we got here a week ago, the human body takes longer to adapt to habits like this" Jihyo explained, making her way toward Tzuyu.
"Besides, today is your lucky day, today's warm-up will be less tiring thanks to Y/n, who only arrived yesterday" Jihyo shifted her attention to me, as I was standing next to tzuyu.
"I don't want her to pass out on us on the first day." She looked at me with a sarcastic smile before turning around and going back to the spot where she was standing before.
"First we are going to do some exercises all together and then I will group you to fight in pairs"
