Midterm tests part 3

Marun: Almost done with the floor just need to polish it.
Marun was busy cleaning the house to prepare for his guest and at the same time felt completely nervous on what's to come, suddenly the door bell rang.
Marun: On my way.
Marun goes to grab the door and opens it for his guest and starts blushing immediately.
Tina: Good evening Muffin, um you have a very interesting house.
Marun: Wha... oh yeah i forgot you haven't been here yet.
Marun stepped outside reveling the massive cave however unlike other caves it was made out of black lava rocks with blue flame Lantern at each end of the cave.
The shape of it however is what usually weirded out most people it was a shape of a dragon with its head being the entrence hence why they have quite a large backyard to accommodate the tail.
Marun: I know, it's a little...
Tina: This is so cool, I love this place it has a certain feeling um what was it...
Marun: Ummm mid-evil.
Tina: Kinda but actually a little bit nicer you know like a nice cozy cave in the forest.
Marun felt heat rising in his cheeks as he was grinning from ear to ear.
Tina:(awkwardly) sooo... can I come in?
Marun:(dazed) mhm ah yeah.
Tina: (normal) Marun?
Marun:(normal) Oh uhh yeah come on inside.
Tina: You sure we shouldn't study outside I'm not sure I'll fit.
Marun: Let me show you something.
Marun walked outside standed in front of the door.
Marun: Now close your eyes.
Tina: Ok I don't kn..
Marun quickly went to the door and whispered.
(A/N)Heads up some or probably most magic that is used is from other books, and movies i did not create all of the magic that is present in this book.
Marun:(whisper) Engorgio.
Suddenly the door grew very large as tall as Tina's size in fact it was about six inches taller.
Marun:(normal) Ok you can open them. She opened her eyes and she was amazed as the door that was now in front of her is slightly taller than she is.
Tina: (stunned) WOW how did you...
Marun: (winks) My secret.
As soon as Marun winked he immediately blushed from embarrassment and shy away.
Marun: (nervously) I'm sorry I don't know where..
Tina smiled at him warmly and replied.
Tina: (calmly) It's ok Marun you're fine no need to say sorry in fact...
Then Tina walked closer to him, and got her head closer to his ear and softly whispered.
Tina: (whisper) I wouldn't mind seeing all sides of Marun Nabal and his intriguing secrets.
Marun blushed madly as it covered his entire face , and his claws sweated nervously.
Marun: (nervously) Um I-I... why don't you c-come inside.
They walk inside the cave and Tina's Jaw dropped.
The inside was a lot larger than it even was on the outside. A huge celling that was at least 30 feet tall with family photos hanging from the walls, with a bright light illuminating the whole room. Next to it there was the kitchen that was surprisingly not as full of food and was surprisingly empty with the white counter tops and large sink above the dishwasher. There was also a staircase that lead to the Nabal's rooms being Marun's parents on the right and the twins on the other side. Finally there was the living room with a double blue cushion couch that is soft but also thick to carry tons of weight.
Tina: (normal) Wow Marun this is...
Marun: Weird and very old fashioned?
Tina: No I-I love it it's a very lovely place you live in.
Marun blushed even more so much he even ran out of words to say..
Afterwards he proceeded to guide Tina to the couch.
Marun: Let's begin shall we?
Brenda's POV
Brenda: I already told you I can't do that.
Clare: But I don't see the problem with it.
Brenda: Ending my speech with (mocking) In conclusion. (Normal) Is such a clique.
Clare: Fine,but can you at least decide on an ending.
Brenda and Clare were working on Brenda's debate speech at Clare's house and studying for midterms.
Brenda: I just want to make sure it's perfect.
Clare: It's fine would you just relax already, is something wrong?
Brenda: Oh no worries it's perfectly normal.
Clare: Come on B this can't be a normal thing.
Brenda: It's just I'm really stressed out ok I'm worried not everyone is going to like it and it proves Brandon...
Clare: Not again!
Brenda: What do you mean not again?
Clare: Brenda look whatever Brandon told you is wrong and you want to know why.
Brenda: Why?
Clare: Because I know you you're a strong independent woman who doesn't need a man to be who she wants.
Brenda: Isn't that from that commercial promoting the women's movement.
Clare: Yes but hey if it works it works.
Brenda: true.
Clare and Brenda proceeded to stop with the debate team work and switched to studying.
Clare: I don't think you ever told me why you guys moved here and I'm just wondering, if you don't mind of course.
Brenda: (nervously) Well we moved here partially because my mom got a great job opportunity here for us and we got a good house deal.
Clare: Cool ah... wait so was that not the only reason?
Brenda: (nervously) Well there was this one other thing but it's not really my place to say.
Clare: Oh come on..
Brenda: It really is better if you hear it from the person who it's about, but I will say it's not as bad here for me here than it was in New York.
Clare: I'm glad because then I wouldn't have made a cool new friend.
Brenda: aw you're just saying that.
Clare: I mean it you are honestly one of the smartest people in geography class I mean you did correct Corneille when he said Reno is the capital of Nevada.
Brenda: That's because it's not it's clearly Carson City everyone knows that.
Clare: I didn't.
Brenda: Oh, oops.
Clare: You're fine but see what I mean you're more greater than you know, all you got to do is believe that and I guarantee you can succeed.
Brenda: I.. ok guess you're right.
Clare: So now can we actually study like you've been saying for the past hour.
Brenda: I was being sarcastic why in the world should I even bother I'll be fine.
Clare: You know even the smartest people can get overconfident.
Brenda: Fine I guess for once I will study.
Clare: At least Marun will be happy you're taking his advice.
Brenda: I'm not telling him about this then he'll just make that grin that reads ' I told you so', and I'd never hear the end of it.
Clare: Alright fine come on let's begin.
Then the two finally started studying while laughing at it all the while.
Marun's POV
Marun: And that's it.
Tina: Wait really?
Marun: Yeah all you have to do is subtract the seven from both sides to find x see?
Marun demonstrated it again by redoing the process.
Marun: See if you take the number that's similar to the other number and do reverse operations which is with the opposite of the number without the variable positive 6 making the opposite -6 on both sides, you can subtract from one number to the other, all you have left is to divide what's left from the side to get the variable.
Tina stared at him amazed and marveled by Marun's explanation and stared intently. Marun blushed afterwards and said,
Marun: I mean i guess I don't know it's just a sil..
Tina quickly put a claw on Marun's lips silencing him as he blushed harder from the gesture.
Tina: (softly) Hey come on now Marun don't sell yourself short you're a great help to me you know that right?
Tina slowly pulled back her claw and Marun managed to regain focus and slowly managed to hide his blush.
Marun: You know you're actually quite good at this honestly you just need a little support every now and then and I think I have just the...
Marun nervously began pulling out the answer sheet for the test and handed it to Tina, She looked furious.
Tina: (warningly) Marun who gave this to you?
Marun: Look I know about you struggling with your classes and I just want you to succeed so....
Tina: I'm asking you again, who gave this to you?
Marun: I mean does that really matter I just want to make sure...
Tina: (growling)Marun....
Marun started sweating nervously and couldn't take it anymore and finally said.
Marun: Ok fine it was Jamie alright.
Tina then looked away face full of rage inside.
Tina: (angrily) Why that little.., that's it I told her time and time again and she just... you know what I'll just go over to her house and...
Marun quickly grabbed her arm and said
Marun: Tina wait.
Tina then suddenly stopped looked at Marun's hand on her and started blushing and he immediately let go.
Marun: Look I don't want to cause anything bad between you and Jamie she clearly seems to care about you a lot.
Tina: (normal) I know but...
Marun: I may not have known you both for a long time but it seems like she wouldn't do something like this kind of thing for nothing don't you think?
Tina thought hard for a while then thoughtfully responded,
Tina: I... well you're right about that,but why didn't you say anything earlier?
Marun: I umm can't say.
Tina: Marun....
Marun: It's just something that I don't want you to worry about ok.
Tina: Wait... she threaten you with something didn't she?
Marun: Ummm
Tina: A secret perhaps?
Before Marun said anything he looked Tina in the eye seeing how worried she was, so he simply nodded.
Tina: Don't worry ok, I'll go talk with her, I promise that whatever she knows won't be spread publicly ok Muffin.
Marun blushed again feeling all his fear slowly melt like butter but slowly whispered
Marun: (whisper) Thank you.
Tina: Of course you're... someone I really like hanging out with,you mean a lot to me.
Marun: You mean a lot to me too Tina.
Tina blushed a little herself and responded,
Tina: Thanks Marun that means so much to me, so maybe we can continue this study session?
Marun: (normal) Ok sure.
After a few hours of looking through Marun's study guide and reviewing all notes they finally decided to stop where they were.
Marun: Well Tina how do you feel?
Tina. A lot better actually now these don't seem that hard anymore.
Marun: See I knew you could do it.
Tina: Thanks Muffin you're a good teacher.
Marun's blush continued to spread across his face and then he felt a slight tug on his... tail.
Marun looks down and sees his tail being hold by Tina's in a tight tail embrace. As his blush continue to spread he felt so happy he started to feel dizzy.
Tina: You know I was thinking about maybe I can help you like you've been helping me so I came up with a plan.
Tina began to lower her face to Marun's and his blush only spread faster.
Tina: So I was thinking I could help you for the test tomorrow.
Tina starts to move her face closer to Marun.
Marun's thoughts: Oh man it's happening Marun just stay calm and don't... oh no.
Marun slowly starts to lose feeling in his body.
Tina: But first I wanted to give you a little something for helping me and dealing with my issues and friend troubles.
Tina closes her eyes and starts to lean in closer to Marun.
Marun: (faintly) No.. prob..le...
Then everything went dark as a soft thud is heard in the house.
Tina's POV
After the thud Tina snapped out of the trance and looked at Marun and she quickly panicked.
Tina: (panic) Muffin, Marun are you ok?MARUN speak to me!!!
Tina then put her claw to Marun's neck checking his pulse and.... it was still beating. Tina then let out a sigh of relief happy that he was still alive.
Tina: (relieved) Oh thank goodness for a second there...
Brenda: (panic) WHAT HAPPENED HERE!
Brenda quickly came inside and appeared to be scanning the whole cave for clues.
Tina:I swear I didn't...
Brenda quickly began and started laughing.
Tina: Wait what?
Brenda: (giggles) I'm kidding, I know YOU of all people in this school wouldn't hurt him.
Tina: What do you...
Brenda: (normal) Don't know if you remember me...
Tina: Oh yeah you're the ghost from the party Marun was talking to.... wait what are you doing here?
Brenda: I live here, there isn't many other places to be right now is there...
Tina: Oh so you must be...
Brenda: Brenda, Brenda Nabal.
Tina: Oh so you're his sister, but wait how do you know who I am?
Brenda: Oh well that's easy everyone at school knows who you are and what you're known for.
Tina: (sighs) Yeah..
Brenda: However this guy here can't stop talking about you and all the things he knows about you.
Tina: (normal) I don't know I mean I don't think he feels...
Brenda: (annoyed) Ughhh come on is everyone here in this town insecure or just you two, wait a second..
Brenda goes around the living room looking at Marun and Tina.
Tina: Wait it's not what you...
Brenda: (Surprised) Are you holding his tail?!
Tina quickly let go out of panic.
Tina: Umm what are you talking about..
Brenda: (normal) Come on no need to hide it I saw that.
Tina: Ok fine yes I was holding his tail but he invited me over to study and help me out with the exam tomorrow that's it I swear.
Brenda: mhm sure that's your only reason as well then?
Tina: Well uh nooo....
Brenda: Sure so you two didn't just head upstairs immediately to make ou...
Tina: (hotly) NO!
Brenda: Come on I know you wanted to.
Tina started to blush with Brenda realizing her desires.
Tina: (normal) Maybe.... But I swear we didn't do anything and.. besides he must've past out from staying up so long.
Brenda: Well... I wouldn't say that I'd say mostly it was something..
Brenda began pointing at Tina.
Tina: No, come on how could I..
Brenda: Ok, was he blushing a lot or seemed a little wobbly.
Tina: Umm a little towards the end..
Brenda: Yeah he just had an overload of emotion which honestly I haven't seen in a while.
Tina: Ohh well maybe I should wake him up so he can stud...
Brenda: Wait so Marun hasn't study at all for his test with you?
Tina: No which is why..
Brenda: No no this is good let's leave him like that.
Tina: But his test is tomorrow!
Brenda: Trust me when I say he has studied plenty,all he needs is some sleep.
Tina: Ok.
Brenda: By the way you know you could...
Brenda pointed to Marun specifically referring to his lips.
Tina blushed even more but responded.
Tina: No it wouldn't be right he's unconscious.
Brenda: Alright suit yourself I'm pretty sure he wouldn't mind though.
Brenda went out the house for a moment. Tina looked at him and smiled at him she quickly checked to see if Brenda was looking and gave him a small kiss on the head.
Brenda: I saw that.
Tina jumped and looked startled.
Brenda: Aww look at him he's smiling.
Tina observed him carefully and now saw a smile on Marun's unconscious face.
Brenda: You could sleep over here with us if you want, I could even have Marun be right next to you as you sleep.
Tina blushed at the thought but ultimately decided against it.
Tina: No besides my dad is probably worried about me so I got to go.
Brenda: Alright well good night and good luck on midterms.
Tina: You too.
Brenda: Ha I don't need luck I got skill.
Tina laughed a little as she head out the door.
Brenda: Alright time to.. oh yeah right.
Brenda looked at her unconscious brother and made an executive decision.
Brenda: You know I could just... nah mom will get mad.
She proceeded to grab Marun by the shoulders and prepare for the journey upstairs.
Brenda: Welp this will be a while.
Marun's POV
Marun tucked in his bed heard the sound of the alarm but was fast asleep.
Brenda: Get up nerd it's test day.
Marun quickly got up and proceeded to grab his stuff.
Marun:Well hope you're ready for the test today.
Brenda: Yeah and I hope Tina gave you good test advice while you guys were making out.
Marun paused and connected the dots from yesterday.
Marun: How did you...
Brenda: Come on bro you really think you can just invite someone you've been eyeing for ages over and not be found out, and besides you passed out before she even left.
Marun: That's why I don't remember studying my stuff and we didn't do that I've already told my friends this.
Brenda: But your tail didn't do nothing.
Marun blushed as he remembered from yesterday.
Marun: Come on we have a test to take.
Brenda: Alright but don't think I won't bring this up later.
The twins ate their breakfast and head of to school.
