Loner Life

Maryland

We got to Maryland. I wanted to go back to Virginia and live with dad but I didn't have a choice. We all got out of the car and started unpacking. It wasn't a very big house but I didn't care. I went to my room with Spike and started unpacking. After a few hours I finished unpacking and it was time for dinner. I gave Spike some dog food and went and made my self a sandwich. Mom and Jax were watching TV.

"Skull" my mom said.

"Yes?" I answered back trying to sound happy.

"You will start school tomorrow be ready to leave by 8 o'clock. Jax will be driving you to school." She smiled and went back to her TV show. I walked back into my room and plopped down on my bed. I didn't want to go to school. Spike jumped up on my bed. I cuddled him and fell asleep.

-----next day-----

I woke up at 7 and got ready for school. I fed Spike and got my backpack. I dragged my self to the car and got in. Once I got to school I went to the office and there were two kids waiting for me.

"Hi my name is Ayame and this is Takeshi we will show you around the school!" The female cheered. The boy just nodded and fixed his glasses. They showed me around and took me to our class. The teacher, Mr. Schmiddy, sat me in between Ayame and another girl.

"Alright class this is Skull Gible she will be joining our class as of today" he announced. I did a small wave and then he went on teaching. After awhile it was time for recess. I didn't know what to do so I kinda just sat against a wall. I looked at the kids playing. Some of them looked at me and kept walking. Some of them whispered. I just wanted to go home....

I've only been here a few months. I turned 9 and Christmas just passed and mom said we're moving.... Again... She said we're going to Arizona... Maybe there people will actually talk to me...
