December and I hit it off.

She had the same sort of twisted pervertive humour as me. Both of us rocked the punk rocker look. although I had snake bites and she had her eyebrow pierced.

We walked in her arm looped around dmy shoulders laughing our butts off at some story she was telling me about how Kari made Dylan dress up in a tootoo and put his hair in ribbons.

'man I love this chick. she's got all the dirt!'

we smiled at each other like she knew what I was thinking about.

"You haven't seen anything yet I got a lot more like that. Oh! Like when he went to elementary school his hair was soooo long and he wore girly clothes and everyone thought he wa-"

Dylan stalked in and stopped when he seen me and December.

"hey..... Dec..." (A/n pronounced dess)

"hey bro! I was just tellin Zack here about how you used to drees up like a girl and"

"December! oh god...." his face was super red and I couldn't tell if it was from anger, embarrassment, or a combination of both.

I couldn't hold back the giggle that escaped my mouth.

That's when he finally looked at me. as his eyes scanned me they landed on Decembers arm that was still wrapped around me.

If looks could kill....

he stormed over and flung Decembers arm off me and dragged me to his room.

Aside from when I first accidentally mistook his door for a closet I'd never stepped foot in his room.

looking around I realized it was a lot like I would decorate my room. it had two black walls and the other two were neon green. the green walls had black paint splatters and the vise versa. his bed sheets matched the walls but they were completely a mess. I went back to looking at the walls.

"Wanna see something cool?" I looked over and see him sporting a real honest to god smile and it took my breath away I completely forgot he asked a question until his goofy smile became uncertain and uncomfortable.

"oh.yeah sure." I finally managed.

he flicked off the lights and the walls that were black began glowing.

"Oh. My. Gawd."

"that's not even the best part." I heard some shuffling then another light turned on but it was a blacklight in the floor that shown up the green walls and there were paint splatters that glowed there.

"oh. my. sweat Jesus! that is the coolest thing I've ever seen! " he smiled at me.

Dylan and I talked for a really long time but it only felt like a minute or two.

Kari called us when dinner was ready.

"Hey, yo Z! come sit by me." December called in a semi rap robot voice. taking a small break between each word.

I just chuckled and sat down by her.

dinner progressed at a very slow pace.

Dtlan was angry for sone unfathomable reason and December was shoving food in her mouth so fast you'd think she'd been starved.

I silently finished my food and gently got up.
