We walk to my driveway and get in the car. My mom already got really tinted windows so I could drive anywhere with Harry, considering this is the first time I've driven with Harry in my car. "I had to take the really long backroad you know." I laugh. "Wow you did that just for me? Thank you!"
I unlock my car door and get in, and we start heading for Cobalt Café.
It takes about 15 minutes to get there and when we do, Harry tells me that I have to stay in the car and do not leave whatsoever. I agree and watch him as he leaves the car and enters the café.
After about 10 minutes or so, he gets back in the car with our food in his hands. "Sorry that took so long, there were a couple of fans and I didn't wanna leave without getting a picture with them." "No its fine. It amazes me how dedicated you are, Harry. That's why I love you so much. Do you think they'll approve of me?" "Of course. And if they don't, well too bad for them I guess."
"What time is sound check? "5:30. Do you wanna go?" "I would love to!" "Ah shit." I say. "What? Whats wrong?" "I forgot to tell my mom I'm going to the concert. Hold on, let me call her."
I dial her number on my phone and wait for her to answer.
"Hello?" She sounds tired.
"Hey mom, I completely forgot to tell you that I'm going to the boys concert tonight."
She sighs, as if I've been going out all week.
"Okay. But how will you get in?"
"Like I've always gotten in. Harry tells his manager I'm a fan so I get free tickets."
After I say that, Harry shakes his head. "What?" "I'm not doing that tonight I'm just gonna tell the security you're with me." "O-okay mom nevermind, Harry is just gonna tell security I'm with him." "Okay. What time will you be home?" "I don't know. I'll text you. If its too late I'll just go to Harry's." "Okay but you cannot do anything do you hear me?" "Yes mom geez that's so embarrasing" I can hear her laugh from the phone. "Okay honey. Have fun, I love you. "Love you too, mom. "
"What did she say?" "Its fine." "Okay."
We back out of the parking lot, and I turn on the radio. "....less and I don't care its obvious..." is playing on the radio and I scream "WHAT WHAT??" "Harry!! Your song is on the radio!!!!!!" "What?!?!" Harry turns up the radio and his face immediately lights up. We listen to the song full blast on the radio until it ends."Oh my god Harry! I'm so happy for you! That was amazing!" "Thank you babe. I've never heard that song on the radio. Its really all the work of the fans. They basically do everything possible to get our songs to be singles." "That's amazing." "I know. They should be our managers." We both laugh at the thought of that.
We go the back way again to my house and get out of the car. My house isn't in a "celebrity" area so we don't have to rush in like I do when I go to Harry's. I unlock the door, and walk inside. "Mom? Are you there?" "She's probably at work." I tell Harry. "Okay. Do you wanna start eating?" "Yes I'm starving!" As soon as we get down, Harry gets a call. Its Niall. "Hello?" He says. I can't really hear Niall, mostly mumble. Harry starts to laugh and I tap Harry on the leg. "What? What happened." Harry puts his finger up as a sign to wait. I frown. He finally ends the call with Niall and tells me what happened. "Someone followed Nialls car by foot, and flashed him." "Oh well I hope no one does that to me once they know who I am." Harry laughs.
"So, um have you heard anything from Zayn?" "Yeah um, he's making some wedding plans is what I last heard." "Oh. Okay."
We eat our food and watch some tv and before we even know it, its 5:00.
