Days later
"Can you just drop it all fucking ready"Shani screamed at her mom who was literally threatening to put her in a mental hospital .
"YOU TRIED TO KILL YOURSELF THAT MEANS NOTHING TO YOU"Shani mom tried to push the door open.
Kay stood there looking at Shani mom because he couldn't get in during their argument
"YOU HAVEN'T EVEN CALLED ME IN YEARS AND CONSIDER YOURSELF A FUCKING MOM"Shani smashed her hand in the door.
Kay pulled Shani mom back while she screamed
"IM CALLING THE POLICE SHANI"
"BITCH BE MY GUEST AND TELL THEM WHY YOU TRYNA BARGE IN MY APARTMENT UNWANTED YOU FAT TEETH HOE.
Her mom ran down the hallway and Kay finally walked in
"What happened ?
"She just came out of -"Shani ran to the bathroom.
Kay followed behind her
"You okay ma?
"Yes probably just something I ate.
She cleaned herself and brushed her teeth
"Can we get a hotel for the night
"Yea just pack you something
Shani packed a small bag

At hotel
"So you gone tell me what happened or not.
"She just came out of nowhere and started yelling and telling me everything was my fault.
"How is everything yo fault what you mean ?
"I guess how my brother died,how we lost the house.I just don't understand why wouldn't she tell me he died.
"Don't let her get to you"Kay hugged her.
"And she had the nerve to ask for money.
"How much?
"10 thousand"Shani said low.
"Speak up"she repeated.
"You gave it to her didn't you.
"Not this time.
Kay rolled over and stared at the ceiling until he fell asleep

Middle of the night
Shani was heard throwing up in the bathroom
"Ma you good"Kay woke up seeing it was still night time.
"Yea jus-"continue to throw up.
Kay hopped out of bed
"You wanna go to the hospital?
"No I'm fine"she set on the tub holding her stomach.
Kay set down beside her
"How long you been throwing up?
"Only when you come around me.
"Stop playing and tell me"Kay smiled but dropped it when he seen she wasn't playing.
"Damn that's fucked up....I make you sick?
"It's not like dat but last week every time you would leave or go in the kitchen I would throw up"She shrugged her shoulders.
"Yea get up and get dressed.
Kay already knew what it was he just wanted to make sure
"Whyyy"Shani drug out because she was sleepy.
