"have you talked to mason yet" brady says as they were sitting on shelias bed

"no, he's being annoying and only wants what's good for his new girlfriend, he's literally doing the same things we did but with natalie" shelia says

"mason needs to understand what's he doing, he can't just do that" he says

"yeah but that's mason, i wish he can understand what i'm going through right now, i miss the old mason" she says putting her head on his shoulder

"mason can't see the amazing girl in front of him, he's paying attention to a girl who spread rumors about you, he's just blind" brady says as they make eye contact

then it gets quiet, then shelia starts to lean in and then their lips met, but then they quickly pull away

"i'm so sorry" shelia says after she realized what just happened

"no no, don't be sorry it's okay" brady says

"it was all my fault, did that mean anything to you" she says

"no, did it mean anything to you, it's fine if it did, it was an in the moment thing right" he says

shelia nods her head in agreement with the in the moment thing, they didn't have feelings for each other, that kiss definitely didn't mean anything

"i'm sorry, why am i like this" shelia says as she rest her head on brady shoulder and cry's

"it's not you fault lia, mason got into your head and that was the only way to distract yourself, it's okay, we're good, nothings awkward between us, it's not like it's the first time" brady says trying to cheer her up, and it worked

"shut up, that was when we were what, fourteen, we were bored and you suggested it" shelia laughs wiping the tears off her face

"okay but you agreed on it, oh and jacobs face when he came into the room and seen us" he laughs

"he looked at us weirdly for a whole week" she laughs, the laughs die down as they sit through the comfortable silence

"so nothings awkward between us" brady says

"nope, nothing awkward between us" shelia says as she gives him a small smile
