More than friends? (district 3)

Back To School

I woke up to jess shaking me and shouting in my face

"wake up!! Its 9am we're going to be late!!" jess said waking everyone

"oh shit!" i jumped up "greg, jess we have to go home!!"

"ill drive you! Give me five minutes!" dan said running upstairs with micky

They ran back downstairs in their uniforms

"Em, i have to go ill see you later" micky said when we got the car

We got home farly fast, their was alot of rushing around thankfully jess' uniform was here

When we arrived at school we was stopped by the principle with wide eyes

"my office" sir said bluntly

We entered his office one by one, he couldnt have known about us skiving yesterday, could he?

"where was you yesterday?" sir asked

"oh i went home ill monday and uh greg caught whatever it was off me, so um we was both ill yesterday" i told him, greg nodded

I think sir belived me

"what about you three?" he asked pointing to jess, dan and micky

I could see jess was scared, she never gets into trouble... never!

"i had a family problem" dan told him

"do you mind me asking what it was?" sir asked

"sorry sir i dont want to tell you" dan looked down trying to make it beliveable

"ok then" he nodded his head towards micky "and you?"

"oh uh i had a migrane" micky lied

"ok and you miss"

"fever, i had a fever" jess told him

"ok, and dan, ill presume you left without premission monday because of this problem" sir raised his eyebrows a dan

"yeah"

"hmm ok, you may go" sir dismissed us

We left the room and walked down the corridor

"oh my god!!" jess burried her head into gregs chest "that was so embarrassing!"

"greg your lucky you did have to say anything!!" micky punched his arm playfully

"only because he has an amazing sister" i winked

"hmmm" greg grinned

"i just hope he doesnt want to know what my problem is" dan chuckled hugging me from behind and resting his chin on my shoulder

"what time is it?" jess asked

"10:50, its break time" i answered

We spent break time talking about what had happened with the princible then i had math

I entered the classroom with the biggest smile on my face, laura Shot me a dirty look

"hi laura" i smiled at her to annoy her

"what do you want?" she spat

"just being friendly" i put my hands up after i droped my bag and sat down

"yeah but why?"

"just in a good mood" i shrugged

"morning class!" miss started

I smirked as laura turned around and got on with my work, miss said we have an exam next week, great.

Next i have art which im in with dan and laura! This should be interesting!

"hey babe" dan greeted me as i took my seat next to him

"hey dimples" i said poking his dimples making him chuckle

I could feel someone staring at us knowing it was laura i couldnt help but laugh to myself

"whats so funny" dan whispered whilst miss was telling us what we had to do

"ill tell you later" i grinned doodling on my book

After miss explained everything me and dan started talking

"i think gregs coming round mine tonight" dan told me

"im gunna stay home, i got an exam to study for" i sighed

"ill miss you" he looked into my eyes and took hold of my hand

"ill miss you too, but its not till later"

I rested my head on dan shoulder whilst we done our work for about 20 minutes

"hey dan" laura sat on our table... why?!

"uh hi laura" dan took hold of my hand to reassure me

"havent seen you in a while, you ok?" she said being all flirty like she always is with dan

"yeah fine" he kept his answers short and carried on with his work

"oh good... what are you doing after school?" go away already

"hans coming over" i think he said that to wind her up

"oh... i gotta go" she said before leaving

"what the hell?!" dan whisper yelled

it was lunch time now, me and dan we walking into the dinner hall hand in hand

"hey" we greeted micky, greg and jess

"hey" they replied

"whats up with kaite?" i asked nodding my head towards her sitting alone

"i dunno" jess frowned

"im gunna go talk to her" i told them getting up and sitting with kaite

"hey kaite, whats up?"

"nothing" she replied bluntly

"hun, please tell me whats wrong" i begged

"im sorry hannah" she looked at me "im sorry" she said again before getting up and leaving

"any luck?" micky asked

"nope" i sighed

"Ill try talk to her tonight" jess said

time to job hunt!! I met greg at his car after school like always

"hey" we greeted eachother

"where are you gunna go first?" i asked him as he drove down the road

"oh uh i dunno, where are you gunna go?" greg replied

"uhhhmmm Im not sure" i shrugged

"cool" greg nodded as we drove into the car park of the shopping center

We went in different directions, i went to topshop first... i hope i get this job...
