A few weeks ago you told your mate, Neteyam, that you were having his child.
He was filled with happiness. That was the happiest you've ever seen him.
"Neteyam!" You yelled running into the Sullys hut. "I know the gender of our future child!!" He looked up at you. "Really ?" He asked "Yes, it's a boy!"
He picked you up, spinning you around.
You two walked to y'all's special spot.
You laid on his chest.
"Hey Teyam, do you remember when I told you I was pregnant?"
He smiled "Of Course!"
Flash Back: Y/n's pov
It was a perfect day. The pink sunset, warm breeze, the way the trees moved everything. It was the perfect day to tell your mate Neteyam that you were pregnant.
You sat on the dock near the sea kicking your feet, debating on how to tell him.
You felt a presence behind you that soon sat next to you. It was Neytiri. "What's wrong sweet Y/n?'
You weren't sure how she would react to having her eldest son's baby so you hung your head low and kept quiet.
"You know you can tell me" she nudged you. "I'm pregnant and I dont know how to tell Neteyam. I don't think Teyam wants kids right now. What if he gets upset.
You felt tears come to your eyes thinking about him leaving you.
"Oh Y/n. I think Neteyam knew what he was doing when you.. Well mated" you laughed to yourself a bit.
"My son loves you so so much. I dont think he would hurt you on purpose" she stood pulling you up too.
"Now go child, tell him." You smiled and whispered Thank you while running off to tell him.
You entered the Sullys hut "Neteyam are you here?" He walked towards you from where he was.
"Yes, love?" You pulled him outside of the hut.
You felt a sharp pain. "The baby's kicking" you whispered. "Hmm?" he asked.
You reached for his hand placing it on your belly. You watched him waiting to see his face.
He looked up at you smiling. "You're pregnant?" You nodded as his face lit up. He pulled you into a tight hug. You never wanted to let go.
"I love you Y/n and I will for all of eternity."
