When Sloane and EJ re-entered the dance the girl immediately grinned and started jumping.

"They're playing 'born to be brave'! dude, I love this song!" Sloane yelled and EJ chuckled.

He watched as the girl immediately made a beeline for the dancefloor and he returned to the theatre kid table.

As Sloane danced with random people she knew, she eventually found Carlos in the center of it all dancing alone, or at least he tried, with still no Seb in sight.

Sloane frowned at the boy as she glanced at Ashlyn and Cooper but the two of them shook their heads solemnly.

Seb couldn't have stood him up...

Could he?

Sloane then grabbed Carlos's arm and the boy turned to her in surprise but immediately smiled in relief as Sloane grinned and twirled him around.

"Keep flying higher, fight like a fighter. Yeah, I am everything that I was meant to be." She sang as she danced with him and Carlos's smile just grew wider.

"A blazing fire, a strong survivor, Even the worst days won't get the best of me." She squeezed his hand.

"Cause I was-"

"Born to be brave, I know who I am inside and I won't apologize." They all grinned as they faced Cooper as he started singing along with his sister and twirled her around too.

"Make my mistake, and they gave me wings to fly to my castle in the sky!" Ashlyn had now joined their group as they danced with Carlos and sang.

"I used to feel that I was lost, it's like my phone's navigation was turned off." Sloane sang as she and Ashlyn danced together.

"But it's the road I stumbled on, and it led me right to the place where I belong." Ashlyn sang with a giggle as Sloane twirled her.

"Keep flying higher, fight like a fighter. Yeah, I am everything that I will ever need. A blazing fire that's getting brighter. Don't need nobody that don't believe in me"

"Cause I was -"

"Born to be brave, I know who I am inside and I won't apologize" Sloane sang as she and Asylyn spun around.

"Made my mistakes and they gave me wings to fly to my castle in the sky!"  Carlos finally sang with them with a grin. All of them had wide smiles as they danced together.

"Lets my hair down and let it go, no more running I run this show, way up here yeah the view is gold!" Carlos and Cooper sang, and Sloane and Ashlyn smiled and joined in.

"Born to be brave, yeah I'm standing miles high like castles in the sky."

"Bosses and queens stand up on your throne, know who you are this is your kingdom! Legends at heart, individual, go make your mark. Be original!" The 4 of them chanted and then they started to dance.

Everyone knew this song and the choreography so it was no surprise that Carlos stood in the middle of the floor performing it flawlessly while the Richards siblings led the charge in the front.

The both of them twirled and danced without breaking a sweat, they laughed with each other as they spun around and slid across the floor. When the dance break came to an end, they all faced Carlos as he spun around and sang solo with a proud smile.

"Cause I was -"

"Born to be brave! I know who I am inside and I won't apologize!"

"Apologise!" Sloane sang a run in the background as she ran over to EJ and pulled him onto the dance floor.
