So for those of you that don't know I have social anxiety. My anxiety isn't as bad as it used to be, but it's still pretty bad. I get nauseous when I go places and start anxiously rambling. Sometimes I try to say something, but can't bring myself to even make a sound. Not only this but I'm socially awkward. I have a problem with knowing what to say and how to start a conversation. I'm also shy which doesn't help and I have a resting bitch face so people don't usually talk to me. Yet I love talking to people and making friends. A simple hello can make my day.
