We arrived at Dean's little house he brought not too long ago when I see Roman's car parked outside. Ari was getting out of the car but I stayed there afraid to go in

" Boo why are you still in the car" She asked

" Romans here" I said pointing to his car

"Dean's probably kicking his ass don't worry" She said opening the passengers door

" Okay"I said getting out the car

We entered the house , Dean and Roman were having a heated argument about what he had done to me

" WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN YOU HIT HER ! " Dean Yelled

" I-i lost it man" He said with a sigh

" This is why you need to take your medicine Joe this shit is unacceptable" Dean said rubbing his temple

" Medicine for what" I spoke up

They both looked shocked

"Amirah baby" Roman said walking over to me touching my face

"Don't touch me answer my question" I said backing away

" Let's go out in the front" He said grabbing my hand leading us to the door

" Okay" I said

" Dean lets go cook & give them some space " Ari said dragging him in the kitchen

Me & Roman walked outside

" Answer my question" I said looking at him in his eyes

" I have a bipolar disorder" He with a sigh

" Wow don't you think you should've told me I told you everything about me that night at the park & club what happen to be honesty" I said with tears in my eyes

"I haven't been taking my medicine yesterday I flushed them down the toilet I wanted to try controlling it but I can't I hit you and I can't forgive myself for it I'm so sorry" He said grabbing me by my waist

" How do I know you won't explode on me again how do I even trust you?" I said speaking at once

" Baby I'll go to therapy & start taking my medicine" He said looking me in my eyes

" Give me sometime to think Joe I'll be back home tomorrow night to leave for the next city." I said in a frustrated time

"Okay just baby please come back home I promise to make this right" He said kissing my forehead

" See you tomorrow" I said heading back into the house

I went back into the house to see Dean and Ari kissing on the kitchen counter. I just snickered and shook my head. Lil nasties.

" Could you not do this over the food please" I yelled going up the steps

" Shut up I'll be up in 5 minutes" Ari yelled

" Okay" I said

I stripped to nothing and took a warm shower thinking about Roman and I, they say if you love a person you'll stick with them through thick and thin & that's what I plan to do with Roman. He's got me and I got him .👫

10 minutes later

I got out the shower and Ari was laying across the bed in her brown silk pajamas watching TV so I put a pair of Roman's basketball shorts on and a long T-shirt
& laid next to her.

" You okay" She asked turning to me

" I'll live" I said

" Good because I don't like seeing you down babe" She said hugging me

"Remember in 1st grade when I peed on myself and you gave me your extra short" I said laughing

" Yeah and all the kids laughed but we whipped all there asses" She said chuckling

"Good times boo good times" I said

"So what happen outside" She asked

"He has bipolar" I said quietly

" He don't take medicine" She asked with a confused face

" Yeah but he flushed them down the toilet yesterday he wanted to try to control it on his own but apparently he cannot" I said

" So is he gonna start again?" She asked

"Yep and he's gonna get therapy" I said

" Hmm he better I don't wanna have to beat his ass" She said

" You funny child goodnight" I said turning on my side

"Goodnight boo" She said leaving out the room

I laid there looking up at the dark sky and wondering was Roman really the one. 2 minutes later my eyes got heavy and I fell asleep.
