Alex's POV
Slowly my eyes began to flutter open. I place my arms on the bed and lift up my body. It feels like I'm waking up for school. Then I reminded myself, that I don't go to school. I dragged myself to the tv stand. I walked really slowly to the Tv box which read the time.
"11:30"the digital clock from the TV box read.
"Great" I groaned loudly. I thought waking up earlier would be better. You never know if we had to go somewhere. I walked to the bathroom and push the door open. I took out my toothbrush and spread the toothpaste across the bristles of my toothbrush. Brushing fast, even though the mint was drooling and burning my chin I managed to brush my teeth fast. I grabbed a small towel and whipped my mouth and the remaining toothpaste dripping down my chin. I threw my toothbrush on the counter and shut the lights off. I ran down stairs to the living room. I saw three boys sitting on the couch watching tv. It was Carter, Jack J, and Matt. Jack Glanced over and saw me standing.
"Hey there" Jack smiled.
He stood up from the couch and walked up towards me. I put out my hand. He also put out out his hand. I gave a high five and we high five again but this time, using the front of out hand. I wrapped my hand around his fingers and instantly our hands connected. We made up a miniature handshake in a few seconds.
"Good morning Alexandra!" Carter exclaimed taking his eyes off the TV.
"Hey kiddo um eat some breakfast and get changed. We going out." Matt said.
"Alright." I replied.
Walking over to the kitchen I opened up the pantry door and looked for cereal. In the process of doing that, I knocked down a can which landed on foot. I hiss from the pain. The cereal box fell down and thank god, it did not spill. It was a brand new box. It was cinnamon toast crunch. Yes my favorite cereal. I walked out the pantry and closed the door. I looked through the cabinets looking for a bowl. The bowls were easy to find. I got milk and began to pour out cereal and then the milk. It felt like I haven't ate in years. I gobbled up all the cereal and went upstairs back to my room. Looking through my bag I needed clothes. Eventually I found something. A pair of jeans, black shirtsleeve shirt and some socks.
"Yes!" I yelled in success.
I ran back down the stairs and the boys were putting on shoes.
"Put on some shoes Alexandra" Carter demanded.
Running up the stairs for the 50th time, I threw on a pair of navy high top converses. Walking down the stairs I saw the boys open the door. Matt leaves the door open for me and I shut it behind me and ran down the pathway which lead to the driveway.
"Shotgun!" Matt yelled loudly.
We all hopped in the car which was only four of us. Starting up the engine and backing out the driveway we where off on the streets. Windows down, music blaring this was how we rolled.
"Yo Jack where we heading." I questioned
"Walmart" He simply replied.
"Alright cool." I said.
My favorite song played, Blessings. Yes the songs that's all over the radio. I liked rap music and this was I heard loads of times so I memorized every lyric and yes I knew it was inappropriate but, who cares!
"So I'm goin' overtime on the overtime
Yeah I'm not invested but you can't attest it
Million dollar goals, man its to manifest it
The family never goin' anorexic
I pay my mortgage and electric
Never goin' under even with anesthetics
At the top of the rap game and progressin'
Check after check, checkin' off my check list
Try and blow my cake just know thats a death wish
No mistakes in life ever, it's only lessons" I rapped flawlessly. Matt had recorded me rapping the verse and of course he uploaded it to vine.
"Geez Alexandra you really good." Carter said. I gave him a high five.
"Upload it to vine Matt!" Jack groaned as he concentrated on the road.
Matt had uploaded to vine. He chucked his phone to Carter in the backseat with me. Carter read comments out load.
"She's cute"
"Future rapper"
"Bring her to the next magcon show!"
"Who is she?"
"More vines of her!"
Carter read the comments down the line. I of course, felt happy and laughed.
We pulled up to Walmart. Carter and Jack J went to buy food for some challenge they were doing and Matt and I, headed to the sports section. We ran over to the ball cage and grabbed a basketball and shoot them in basketball hoops. Making a challenge for both of us, getting a skateboard and shooting a basket.
"Alexandra do the whip!" Matt exclaimed in excitement.
"What's the whip?" I questioned in confusion.
"Let me pull you up a vine for you." He stated.
He shoved his phone up in my face and showed me a vine.
"Simple!" I yelled.
I did in front of him with a few flaws on the nae nae part I was good.
Matt stood still and recorded me. I did it with no music.
"That's good" Matt pointed at his phone screen.
"Caption ideas?" I questioned sitting on the shelf where they held bikes.
"Saw Alexandra doing the whip." He simply replied
"Send it" I demanded. We looked at each other and smiled. I had a fun time messing around with Matt.
"What the hell did you guys do?" Jack walked over and questioned in shock.
"Playing basketball." I said with a smirk.
"Let's go we already paid." Carter said kinda laughed at us.
I grabbed the bag with bags of marshmallows and mustard.
We all drove to 7/11 and bought candy, gatorade, hot dogs, and slurppes. I may or may not stole the last peanut butter cup from Carter. But damn today I had a blast with these three boys. Messing around in Walmart.
