Today is the day of Jacob's wedding. The main highlight of the trip. I texted Nate the details once I woke up and got ready for the event.

The wedding was held in Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, the iconic 7 star hotel in Dubai. An 18 minute driving distance from our resort. The cocktail hour starts at 3.30pm, hence we had to leave by 3pm.

I wore an Elie Saab nude, gold beaded and sequin embellished halter dress with a sweet heart neckline. It had a fitted corset for the bodice and was long and flowy at the bottom for a dreamy effect.

By 2.45pm, Nate swings by my suite looking delectable in a black unbuttoned tuxedo, showing off the waist coat complete with a bow tie.

As usual, he resembles nothing short of a 007 agent.

"Hi beauty", he grins charmingly, claiming my lips with his.

"Hi beast", I teased, returning his kiss.

"How befitting. I'd love to ravage you like the beast I am, in this dress of yours any minute now", he murmurs suggestively, tracing the intricate embroidery of the bodice.

"Tear this, and I'll be the beast that rips off your head", I warned half jokingly.

"It might be worth it", he grins mischievously, hovering his finger above my cleavage, tugging the fabric softly.

Sarah barges into my suite in a Zuhair Murad pale yellow plunge V long dress. "Time to end your PG13 moves, we're running late", she announces clapping her hands.

The pre wedding reception and cocktail was held at the highest floor of the hotel.

Jacob and his bride Deena greets us at the entrance.

"Congratulations", I exclaimed happily, hugging the couple.

"Thanks for coming Brooke. So glad you can make it", smiles Deena, returning the hug warmly.

"Your date looks familiar", coughs Jacob, attempting not to laugh, glancing at Nate.

"Jacob this is Nate. Nate meet Jacob", I formally introduce them.

"We've met before. Thanks for getting the bill the last time", Jacob winks, referring to the incident when Nate literally carried me out of the restaurant.

Nate chuckles briefly, recalling his stint and shook hands with Jacob good naturedly. "Congratulations. What a huge misunderstanding", he continues with a winsome smile.

It was Sarah's and John's turn to greet the soon to be married couple.

Nate turns to me and whispers, "Why do I feel like I'm apologizing to everyone on this trip. First John for the valet incident, then I had to butter up to Sarah and now the groom to be".

"Because you're a dick at first impression", I grinned.

"Still, a dick that you're madly in love with", he answers smugly, pressing a kiss on my forehead.

"Say it again, and I'll toss you off the helipad", I pursed my lips, trying not to smile.

"At the rate your death threats are going, I'll have to review my insurance policy when we get back", he chuckles fondly.

After half an hour, we proceed to the helipad to witness the couple exchange their vows. All the guests were standing around the edge of the helipad in a large circle, surrounding the bride and groom.

It was a breath-taking sight, standing at 212m above the Arabian Gulf. Though it proved to be difficult, refraining my imagination from running wild with images of the helipad breaking from it's support and plummeting onto the floor of the ocean.
