Shigaraki was still sleeping when I fell asleep and woke up the next day. I let him sleep and left the room, tiredly wandering the halls until I reached the living room, the league there along with a few others from the Paranormal Liberation Front, none of which I knew.

"How's Shiggy?" Toga asked the moment she saw me.

"I dunno. He's still alive, so fine, I guess." I said with a shrug. "He's out because of a big wound on his back that was bleeding a bunch.

"That would make sense, since Boss isn't exactlty the best at sharing his problems, especially with Kurogiri gone now, but I have a feeling that stress may of had a part in the Boss's current state." Compress said from the couch.

"Sure, whatever. I still think it's just cause he got hurt. I think he'll be fine within a few days. Think what you want to though, I guess." I shrugged again and went to the kitchen, grabbing a small snack and shoving it down my throat. Then I sat on the couch next to Twice and Toga, letting my body relax. They asked a few more questions about Shigaraki's well being, which I answered with brief, simply answers. I didn't think his situation was serious.

After hours of boredom, I returned to my bedroom, Shigaraki still resting in the same position. He has yet to move whatsoever. I stopped in my tracks, staring at him blankly for a moment, before I walked over to him and tried shaking him awake, gentle enough not to cause any damage but harsh enough to be able to rattle him from his sleep.

But he didn't wake up..

In fact, he didn't react at all..

I shrugged it off again, taking a quick shower and going to bed. Sleep overcame my body the moment I made contact with the mattress.

~~~
Days were flying by quickly, me doing absolutely nothing every waking moment, Shigaraki yet to wake up.
I knew he was alive, although only because I checked after he officially slept through a whole week. Another week passed by, nothing. Another, he stayed asleep.
Near the beginning of the fourth week, I finally accepted that his situation was serious.
I began actually taking care of him. Well, as best as I knew how to, but I didn't really know how to.
Looking at Shigaraki, zoned out and thinking, something occurred to me.
Shit, I should get him cleaned.. He hasn't been washed in weeks.. Bleh.. I cringed and shuddered, my head quiet before another thought came. Wait, does that mean I have to clean him, then? Fuck. I don't think I should do that though, he's literally unconscious. But then again, I'd be doing him dirty leaving him be. Ugh.. I gotta do it then..
I sighed before standing up, walking to his side of my bed and sliding my hands under him, lifting him up into my arms and walking into the bathroom. I set his legs onto the floor and held him against me with one hand to keep him from falling.
My hand was set on his upper back, and his limp body was resting against mine, his head resting on my shoulder next to my neck. I could feel his soft breath, and I let his head stay there for the sole purpose of reassurance that he was alive and would be okay.
The other hand turned on the shower water and let it get warm, which didn't take long at all. Then, still holding him against me to support his body, I took his shirt off and set it on the floor, unraveling the old bandages and throwinf them away, looking at his injury. It was smaller, but it was still awfully deep and still very large. He needed stitches, but I wasn't about to be the one giving them to him, because I lacked both the needed tools and the needed knowledge.
I took his pants off, setting those on top of the shirt and grabbing the waistband of his boxers. That's when I hesitated, stopping my movements.
Should I really be doing this? ... Well I need to take care of him and cleaning him is apart of taking care of him.. ... But still.. Nope, let's just get this over with.
I slid them off of him and kicked them onto the pile with the rest of his clothes, then removing my own shirt and pants and setting them in a separate pile of their own. I hesitated to get fully undressed for a moment, but just a moment, taking off my boxers without another thought.
The shower welcomed Shigaraki's cold body lovingly. Me, on the other hand, usually took cold showers due to my body being much warmer than a normal person, so I wasn't fond of the hot water. But I set my wants aside, because a nice, hot shower is better for him. Probably. Not a doctor.
