Nicki's P.O.V
Today's the day of the breakup with Meek.
To be honest, I'm actually pretty relieved that we are separating. Our relationship was not even that great, though. He kept on cheating, he never would call me, and we would never talk for real. I'm hoping that he will understand.
Meek- So, what do you wanna do, now?
Nicki- Actually, I wanna break up.
Meek- ( Slaps Nicki in the face ) Why?!
Nicki- I just don't feel the same. I found someone else.
Meek- Who is it, then?
Nicki- A nice man and that's all you need to know.
Meek- Well, if you wanna get something off your chest, then I do, too. I've been with your cousin ever since we hooked up.
Nicki- Why?!
Meek- She had more to offer than you. Now, if you excuse me, I have a date with Alison right now. ( Walks out the door )
Nicki- ( Crying )
Drake's P.O.V
It's Erica's birthday and I'm hoping that Nicki would be here for her day. I see her car pulling up and she looks real sad. I think that she kept her promise to me, but I don't know for sure.
Nicki- ( Walking in the house ) Hi.
Drake- Hey. You look bad.
Nicki- ( Falling asleep in Drake's arms )
Drake- ( Picking Nicki up and taking her upstairs to the room )
Erica's P.O.V
My friends are on the way to my house and my mom just got home. I'm so happy because all my friends are here and we're getting each other dressed up for the party.
Karen- So, do you think that Jerome likes you?
Latoya- Of course, not. He loves Erica.
Sharon- He probably wants to date her.
Erica- Guys, I told you to stop this at school.
Latoya- Did you invite him?
Erica- Yes, I did. He said that he was bringing a few friends along.
Sharon- Did you act all shy around him?
Erica- Why would I do that? He's just a boy.
Latoya- Well, then.
Erica- Just, be chill.
Sharon- I'm gonna try to.
Karen- Now, let's just go out there and be cool.
Erica- ( Standing up ) Now, I am gonna go outside.
Outside....
Erica- Hi, Jerome.
Jerome- Yea, hey. ( Holds out his gift ) Here, I got you this.
Erica- ( Opens her gift ) Aw. It's a necklace with my initials on it.
Jerome- E.S, right?
Erica- Yea. I'm happy that you came.
Jerome- Are you serious? I wouldn't miss it for the world.
Erica- ( Blushing ) Wow, you're funny.
Jerome- ( Holds out her hand ) Ready to dance?
Erica- Sure, but be cautious. I'm not really a good dancer.
Jerome- Don't worry. I got you.
