Essen Kano a 12 year old boy dies and wakes up in a new world filled with hidden dangers. Demons, Devils, and other grotesque monstrosities born from hell. Even the Angels and Saints that aren't safe, and are much feared and despised by humans. There are many other magical beings such as Elves, Dwarves, Vampires, Dragons and Elemental Spirits. These are just the major races, but even the less significant creatures such as imps and fairies hold very important roles in keeping the balance of the world.
In this world there are also special beings known simply as Paragons. Paragons are not very well known throughout the world because they tend to stay in the dark, where they can steer the wheel of humanity from the shadows.
Ruling the world from behind the scenes. Keeping balance through the chaos without anyone noticing any abnormalities. For normal people these are just loose imaginations and nice dreams, but for Paragons this is a reality they are all to familiar with. These creatures are said to be of mythical origin, they are beings of ancient folklore. Through every major event in the world's history there have been multiple accounts of people having witnessed shadowy figures lurking just out of sight, only appearing for a second before vanishing without a trace.
Due to unseen circumstances a few Paragons were forced to take the role of leading nations and empires and Essen has been reincarnated right as war starts breaking out. How will Essen adapt to his new life and the challenges that come along?
