A branch fell off a tree, the trunk an amalgamation of glowing ribbons of energy. Bright luminescent branches and foliage made up the canopy. A lone figure sat at its foot, sighing in exasperation as the branch fell into the depths of the void below. "This is the seventh time this week!", they yelled. "How many bloody universes do you intend to fail?!" The tree shook its branches, as if indignant at the accusation. The figure ran a honkai-corrupted hand through their neck-length white hair and huffed, standing up before turning around to slap the tree. Then quickly teleporting away before the tree can attempt to bash their head in.

A/n: I really don't know that much about the storyline of Honkai Impact 3rd, so this is kinda like what I know about it. Anyways, please don't come for me if I get something wrong, but I will always appreciate corrections. I will probably update when I feel like it, so there might be as much as a month between my post.
