Margot was once again roped into one of Damon's plans. Kai had kidnapped Elena and had been keeping her at the high school.

She groaned slightly as she got out of the Salvatore's car. Damon instantly sped over to her, "You alright?"

She nodded as she rubbed her belly, "Yeah. I've just been a little more uncomfortable lately. Due dates in a week."

Damon stared down at her, "You sure you want to come? I can figure out how to stop Kai somehow."

"He's my brother, Damon. I promised I would take responsibility for him and now he's hurt Elena."

Damon shifted as he offered her his arm, "Come on. Don't leave my side or Stefan will kill me."

As the two Salvatores walked into the school they made small talk.

"So... What's it like having people inside you?"

Margot almost facepalmed. "Do you have to put it that way?"

He shrugged with a chuckle.

They hadn't talked much since the prison world. They didn't really have time. With Margot spending all her time getting ready for the babies and Damon doing Damon things, they lost touch.

The hallways were dark. The occasional locker was left open, papers spewing out of it.

As they got closer to the cafeteria they could hear screams. Elena.

Damon quickly picked up Margot before speeding her into the room.

"Kai!" The woman yelled just as he was about to stake the brunette. The siphoner instantly pulled away to look at Margot, "Hey kiddo..."

Margot rolled her eyes as she walked over to untie Elena, "You promised you wouldn't hurt anyone," She spoke angrily as she held onto Elena's face, glancing at the smeared blood on her cheek.

"You alright, Lena? Does anything hurt? Do you need blood?"

The doppelganger smiled at Margot's comforting touch. "I'm okay now. Thank you, Maggie."

"Kai, Elena and her friends are off limits. They're my family, just like you, okay? Please don't hur-"

Before Margot could finish her sentence, she disappeared into thin air.

"Where'd she go?" Damon asked as he glanced around the room.

"Damon? Kai?" Margot asked, confused as she stared at the pair who were looking around the room in search of her.

"They can't see you," A voice spoke up from behind her.

She whipped her head back to look at the person. "Liv? What are you doing?"

"I'm sorry, Margot," She whispered.

"Sorry?"

Just then, something hard hit her head. Pain erupted in her head as she fell back into someone's arms. Luke.

Gemini witches were a pain in her ass.

"Do you really think this is a good idea? She's under Mikaelson and Salvatore protection, Liv."

"If we do this, we don't have to merge, Luke! I can't lose you," She argued as she set candles around Margot's unconscious body.

"And I can't kill two innocent babies! Margot's innocent! She doesn't deserve this."

"Two babies or thousands of lives, Luke! Besides, you don't know what these babies are capable of! They're practically the spawn of Satan."

Luke glanced down at Margot. He had never wanted to hurt her, especially not like this.
