Margot had moved Nik back into their bed after a few minutes. She knew for a fact that the chair he had been sitting in was incredibly uncomfortable.

After that, she took his place in the chair before taking hold of the small baby girl.

She and Nik had talked about names every now and then but it wasn't until two weeks prior that they came across two names that they loved dearly.

Hope and Henry. Henry in honour of Nik's late brother Henrik and Hope as in the hope of their family's future.

They were the most beautiful babies she had ever seen. Normally, she thought babies were ugly, fat little things but with Hope and Henry, she thought they were the most beautiful things to walk this earth.

While Henry slept, Hope stared up at her mother with her slightly cross-eyed blue eyes.

Not long after she could hear Nik shuffle on the bed. He groaned silently as his hand searched for her. "Love?" He muttered sleepily, his hand still searching the bed for her.

"I'm over here, Nik," She spoke softly as she looked up at her husband.

His blue eyes slowly opened and a smile appeared on his face. He instantly stood up before he knelt in front of her, "You're okay."

She nodded as she placed her free hand on his cheek. He immediately nudged into the touch. "I was so worried."

"I'll never leave you, Nik. I promise you."

He smiled, glancing down at Hope who was staring up at them with wide eyes before glancing at Henry who was now awake in his crib.

He slowly walked up to the baby boy before he gently grabbed his small body. He glanced back at Margot who smiled at him. "Amazing, right?" She asked as she glanced between the two babies.

He nodded silently as he held Henry close to his chest.

Eventually, the couple went downstairs and joined the other Mikaelson siblings.

Nik had insisted on holding both babies. He knew his siblings would rush to hug Margot, especially Kol. He had just gotten his children, he didn't need Kol to crush them.

He was right. Kol had immediately brought Margot into a tight embrace. "Mar! Never do that again!"

The heretic chuckled as she held onto the Mikaelson, "I missed you too, Koala."

"Kol, move out of the way. We want to hug her too, you imbecile," Said Rebekah as she and Elijah walked over to the woman.

Kol, however, refused to let his best friend go so Rebekah and Elijah had to hug Margot around the boy.

The blonde woman grinned as she looked at Margot, "You made some cute babies. Me and you could make cuter ones though."

Margot chuckled as she slowly eased out of Kol's hold. "Next time, Bex."

The hybrid coughed from the other side of the room earning another laugh from Margot as she walked over to him. "If there's a next time, it will be with me, love."

She smirked as she placed a kiss on his cheek before taking Henry out of his arm, "Don't be jealous, puppy. You know I'm yours."

Her grin widened even more when she heard Kol groan. "Those poor children," He muttered as he walked away, making sure to grab a bottle of bourbon on the way out.

Stefan stood at the entrance of the Mikaelson mansion awkwardly as he knocked on the door.

Kol had excitedly rushed towards the door before slamming it open only for his smile to disappear at the sight of Stefan. "Oh. I thought it was the pizza. Bye," He spoke before slamming the door shut.

"Was that Stefan?" Elijah asked when Kol walked back into the kitchen room before he slumped onto a chair.

"Yeah," Kol grumbled. He really wanted that pizza.

"You know, he probably just wants to see Margot," Elijah attempted to convince.

"Yeah and so do I but Nik said she needed time alone with the babies. So unfair. You think I can ground them?"

"You cannot ground my children, Kol," Nik spoke up as he walked inside the room, Stefan following behind him.

The younger Mikaelson grunted, "But they're hogging Mar! I wanna hang out with my best friend."

Stefan chuckled as he crossed his arms. "Where is my daughter exactly?"

"She's feeding the little ones," Nik explained as he turned on the kettle.

He grabbed a small mug with a waffle on it along with the words 'don't be a twatwaffle' before throwing in a tea bag. He knew Margot always liked to have a warm cup of tea after breastfeeding.

He added in two spoons of honey before pouring in the boiling water and adding a drop of milk.

After living in the Mikaelson mansion, Margot had brought over her mug collection, all of which had odd variations of swear words. He was pretty sure she even had one that had a middle finger on the bottom of it.

Kol and Rebekah loved them. Elijah was... partial to them. He did like a few of them. Nik thought they were funny so they stayed.

"Nik! Can you tell the pizza guy to hurry up?" Kol groaned out as he leaned his head against the countertop. The act earned a laugh from the hybrid, "No, Kol. Go find him yourself."

"Why does Rebekah get to help Mar? I would be much more helpful!" He tried to convince though he earned a glare from his brother.

"Rebekah has sadly already seen Margot and is actually helping her, not checking her out unlike you would."

Stefan's eyes widened, "Rebekah and Maggie?"

"In Chicago when she siphoned me to death after snapping your neck," The hybrid explained as shivers went through his spine. It was a traumatic experience.

"Right. And then she stole your credit card and spent all your money so you had to commit fraud the entire way back."

Elijah glanced at the two men, "I'm sorry. What?"

Kol only smirked, "I knew I liked her for a reason."

Not long after, Margot and Rebekah walked down. Rebekah immediately slumped down on a chair next to Kol, "Remind me to never have children. They never stop crying."

"You slept with Mar," Kol spoke up as he held up his hand. The blonde smirked before high-fiving her brother, "She was good too. Best I ever had."

The hybrid groaned as he held onto his smirking wife, "Stop reminding me. You're going to make Stefan puke all over again."

The Salvatore chuckled, "Oh no, I was only sick by the thought of you and my daughter. If anything, I shipped Maggie and Bekah. They'd be cute together."

Margot nodded as she sent a wink to the blonde, "We would be, wouldn't we, Bex?"
